Office went down hill in recent years once Chelsea left, as evidenced by their consistent drop in ratings. Office bills improperly and Giometti could care less. If you say anything that opposes all the knowledge he possesses with his medical degree he’ll attempt to talk to you like you’re inferior. Well, he learned pretty quickly I wasn’t the one and actually know what I’m talking about so instead of engaging in a humbling conversation, he decided to discharge my family and I… Over a wellness visit they inaccurately billed as an office visit. I suppose the fact that they still use paper charts should have tipped me off. Too many wonderful PCP offices out there, this one is not it. Basic factors distinguish the billing codes… I’d recommend Complete Family Wellness, they very much understand the world of CPT codes (and humility).

I don't why I didn't go see Dr. Giometti and his team before... From the intake process to the medical assistant being super personable, to my visit with Chelsea, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Chelsea took the time to understand everything I had going on, made sure I knew what my new medication was going to be like and answered every single question I had. This is hands down the best experience I have ever had at any type of doctors office and I could not be happier. I've never been taken care by my healthcare provider like this before. Thank you Dr. Giometti for putting together such a great team and building a culture that makes your practice stand out on top among the rest.

Great Doctor, will spend alot of time with each patient. If you make late morning or late afternoon appointments plan on a minimum of 45 minutes to over an hour before you see the doctor due to overbooking. I sat in the exam room for 55 minutes week before last and had to leave and reschedule due to other obligations. My wife had an appointment at 3:30 today and saw the doc at 4:40. Cost me alot of time off work that I had to make up. I'll find someone new.

Dr. Giometti and his entire staff are a blessing from God! Dr. Giometti has been my primary physician since I moved to Texas for over 20 years ago, because I get the best care. Dr. Giometti takes time with his patients. He listens, and he explains everything. his PA and staff are the best.Thank you Dr. G!

Waiting time is more than 1 Hr, great doctor but no professional support from his office. Make sure to take half day off if you visit this office .

Medical staff itself are great. In recent years I have had trouble with office staff and nurses on the phone being super rude, as if my calling was an inconvenience to them (it's called a JOB). I have seen other comments on their billing practices which I have also found odd. No other place I have been to charges a flat rate for office visit up front regardless of insurance. I usually have a high deductible plan so I really need that $120 to be applied to my insurance. Not sure what advantage that serves the office but I find it odd. Today I am sitting and waiting, now 45 minutes after my appointment time. When I asked front desk for an eta she said "Dr Giometti is known for running late"....he is??? In the meantime I do not yet have PTO on my new job so I am paying at least double the office visit by missing work.

Dr. Giometti and his staff were wonderful. Dr. Giometti expertly balanced taking my concerns seriously while also not over diagnosing/medicating. The phlebotomist, Jerome, is one of the best I’ve ever had.

Been going to Dr Giometti & Carrollton Family Practice for around twenty years now. He and his staff are outstanding. Total professionals with regards to healthcare, scheduling and billing. The others Drs at CFP are great too.

Dr. Giometti is excellent if it were not for the team that operates this medical office, which are not humanitarian, they have not vocation for this type of work. I give a 5 to the dr, 5 to the blood laboratory guy and a 1 to divide into fractions because you don’t need to be dr to understand that a person is suffering that is called sense of humanity.Note: Don't forget anything. While you're on the phone with the nurse, sometimes you only have one chance to ask, she sends you to voicemail

I've found Dr. Giometti and all the staff to be very kind and patient. As others have said, sometimes the wait time is a little longer than I'd like, but no more than most other doctor offices. But, when you go, you will understand why. Dr. Giometti takes time with his patients. He listens, and he explains. He answers any questions. He spends time with his patients. He is also very aware that not all patients have insurance so he carefully considers what tests are most important. I highly recommend Dr. Giometti.

I have gone here now for a few years. I can't give them 5 stars as the wait time from when I check in is to long and they are sometimes slow at the process of getting you in. I get it sometimes we as patients do ask a lot questions at times so I can understand that on busy days they have, but on a quite day it shouldn't take super long at all. I would give the staff 50/50 as some are really nice and care and the other half seem to be having a bad day or just plain rude at times. Over all don't not go here over seeing bad reviews from someone having a bad 1 time here, try and see for yourself!

I would not recommend going there. My mom goes there all the time, she does not have insurance, she gets charged $120 for a checkup. I went there for a check up because I was worried that my resting heart rate was low, I have insurance (BCBS). The check up consisted of a vitals check and listening to my heart and that was it, no labs, nothing. The lady at the front said I had to pay $120, I thought fair enough, that's what my mom pays.Well not exactly, I got a bill 2 days ago saying I still owed them $73. Turns out they charged my insurance company $250, for my visit. When I called to ask why they had charged my insurance company $250, they said it was due to the reason for my visit, that I had "a low heart rate". Again there was nothing special that was done during my visit except for checking my vitals and heart beats. With that being said, If you do end up going to this practice for only a check up, don't mention you have insurance because it seems like people with insurance pay a higher rate than people without insurance. Welcome to America. I will definitely not be going to this Dr.'s office again.

I notice that the reviews for Dr G have dropped a bit since covid. I believe a lot of what people are experiencing is a lack of awareness of the need for changed protocols during a pandemic and an expectation that service levels will remain the same as normal. Dr G, Dylan, Kelsey, Angie, and the rest of the PAs and nurses have seen me through diabetes complications, recovery from ampitatiin surgery, pulmonary embolism, and know a covid infection. Dr G calls and checks on us after hours, weekends, holidays, etc. He genuinely cares about my family and our well being. They are not perfect but they are trying really hard to take care of a lot of people in a difficult time. Not to mention he is a Vet and serving people is just in his blood. Thank you Dr G for taking care of us.
