I order a ps5 here but didn’t want it anymore I tried canceling the order kept saying error so I tried to call this store no one would pick up I called 6 different TIMES! So now I had to call customer service and they told me the store had to do it but he told me they CLOSED 5 HOURS EARLY! So I had to wait until tomorrow and after the store closed on there official time they sent me a email saying ready for pick up. I was pissed because I no longer wanted it and I went to pick it up and to return it but they had a system error where I can’t return it and told me to go back to customer service. I just want my money back!

I've been shopping at this location for the past 2 years and never have I ever once had a problem up until recently. The little short, blonde lady that runs the store just north of here has been in more often, and I haven't seen the other guy with the glasses lately, Juan I think his name was. I normally shop at this store to avoid the blonde lady because she's so rude to her customers!I was in earlier, and i saw her literally kick this family out of the store just for having a large stroller and that the mother was breastfeeding. Of all the ways she could have handled the situation, THAT was not the way to go. She will always try to talk over you, and when you only come in there for one item, she'll pressure you to buy something else before leaving. Would not recommend shopping here just to avoid her.
