Came to get a new card since my old one was used fraudulently. Alex was very helpful and very quick on getting my new card.

I came into the building wanting to open an account and Rickey at the counter took me into an office and we got it up and settled. Very hospitable and very kind. Glad that Frost was my first choice of bank!
