I went to cancel my membership last time and they already let me sign to cancelation the membership, with no further charge. And then they kept charging me, I called customer service but nobody caught the phone. So disappointed with their services!!! I won't come back and never recommend this location!

when I started my membership I was told that I could go to any fitness connection. 5 months in now I was told I needed to pay damn near double to go any gym. it's weird and unnecessary.

There's been these rumbling noises that are so loud it shakes the ground going on since August. When I ask about it, they said it's either the speakers or air conditioning and that it will be fixed soon. Right.... It's annoying as hell. The gym is pretty cheap, but it's so crowded and with this going on its not worth it to me to come anymore.

Well I don’t mind posting this because I notified the front desk days ago but they haven’t done anything to fix the issue.There is a huge crack in the weld on one of the leg extension machines. Station #274 to be exact.User beware; the machines and equipment are old, worn out, and broken. Just a matter of time before someone is seriously injured from their faulty equipment.

The place is good for what you pay, staff is nice, operating hours suck, they close way too early especially on weekends. Can’t understand why the close the basketball court an hour prior to closing the gym…terrible policy. Machines are in good shape and if something doesn’t work it quickly gets fixed.

I am very happy with the gym because it's always clean, equipment are working and has all amenities. Stuff are very friendly and trainers are efficient and effective. Fees are very reasonable. Thanks Fitness Connection for your good work.

I have been a member of the Carrollton location for a few months now and have been super happy with it.My Cons: The cardio section upstairs is too hot for me, I don't recall seeing any fans up there and I really need some moving air. I primarily go for the weights and machines. They do have huge fans over the weight area but no fans in the women's workout section. I do not take group classes so don't know what the studios are like.My Pros: There's a LOT of equipment in there and prices are very reasonable. The staff are always friendly to me and no one hassles me to upgrade or buy services. The gym and ladies' restroom are very clean. They have a cool lights-out theater room with cardio equipment in it off the ladies area.I am not sure why there are negative reviews, but really if you visit and ask for a tour they will show you around so you can decide on a membership. You can also start with a month to month agreement and change your membership later if you want.

Cleaning lady is really rude and unprofessional, I was finishing up my set it wasn’t even 10 yet and she interrupted me waving and yelling to get out , when I showed her it was 9:58 she threatened me with canceling my membership if I didn’t walk away.I understand she’s ready to go home but she shouldn’t approach people like that.

Gym is cheap about 10.83 a month with tax, and the gym is nothing special. Equipment doesn't work and doesn't get fixed for weeks. Just a place to workout at and don't expect anything if its broken.

I absolutely love this gym and I cannot believe all the hate on here. This gym rocks, the staff is so nice to me, and the cardio machines especially are top tier. Other fitness connections don’t even own the machines this one does. 5/5 stars I’d totally ignore the comments this place is packed for a reason.

Their class schedule is very unreliable! It’s the second time in one week!!! that cycling class was canceled without notifying members before they take the time out of their day to drive to the gym. The website isn’t updated nor do they send out emails. That is very unprofessional. People have jobs and time their day.Canceling a cycling class because of a power outage (earlier in the day) is no excuse if the regular gym floor is open as the bikes don’t need electricity. This is absolutely ridiculous.To put this in numbers, in the month of June 25% of their cycling classes were canceled without prior notice but the month is not over yet- poor management.

Not worth being a member when staff does not let you know about fees or yearly memberships when your a long time member a simple courtesy reminder would go a long way. Staff is always busy with others and they don't acknowledge that they will be with you. Bad customer service when your trying to break membership and have you locked in for another year when you hardly even go.

Best FC in the DFW area. Why? Because I met my husband there. ♥️ Like, my literal husband. We’re getting married this July! ?Also, we never had any issues at this property. Crowded sometimes? Yes. However, it’s still a very nice sized facility with a great staff!
