Went in to make a couple copies with my mother, and the guy at the front desk was completely condescending to non English native speakers. I watched him ball up a piece of paper that a customer needed and the customer said he needed it still so the worker took it out the trash and said “Aw you need this here you go, here take it now.” This is the most unprofessional behavior I experienced. If you don’t want to work, quit but to be rude and unprofessional to paying customers is sad and unacceptable. Avoid spending your money here and report all issues to corporate.

I’ve never had an issue with Fedex and their service but today was by far one of the worst services and experiences I have dealt with. The worker was very unprofessional and rude. He didn’t attempt to resolve my inquiry and when I tried to explain that package didn’t need to be packaged for a return, he cut me off and didn’t allow me to finish talking. Above all, when I was making a purchase, he walked away after he was done with scanning the item. Will not be returning to this location.

We've been using this FedEx location for several months now. Always amazing and flawless experience. Employees are courteous, very nice and always ready to help with anything you need. Sheila (I hope I spelled her name right) is the best!

I went in Friday morning as they opened had my mother's medications that had to be there the next day. The person helping me told me that it would be there by the next day at 8 if I went ground. So I did and now it's Sunday and it's still not there and my mother has degenerative heart disease and she doesn't have her medications. I could have called her doctor and had it prescribed for where she was at. I would have been in much better shape but no these people promised me it would be there she should have advised me to take air. They should have to tell you that there's a chance things can be delayed... they don't. Worst service ever. UPDATE: LOL they still have not delivered package and it is Tuesday. Mom is not there anymore is home. Not feeling good. They will have to return it to me. NEVER USING FED EX AGAIN

Always a great experience! The lady working is about to have a baby !! She is awesome and a great helper ! Because of her , I enjoy coming to this fedEx ! Every time I come she is ready to help and walk me through the process!! It’s a tiny place ! But it’s my go to place .

They’ve gone above and beyond with their service, again. Sheila and Sky helped me finish a task that needed to be done. Excellent work and phenomenal customer service. ??—————We called this evening and asked a few printing questions. Though fedex doesn’t do that type of printing that we were needing - shayla really went above and beyond to help us. She not only called her fellow colleagues to provide us the best service but she also searched around for more options for us! That’s the type of customer service you want! Excellent work Shayla. Thank you for going above and beyond for us!

I had an issue at the Walmart FedEx location so called this location. I think her name was Seila or similar to that (sorry if I got it wrong) answered the phone and was super nice. I took the package there and although it was very busy she was still so sweet and helpful. I rather drive little further and even wait in the line but get good service.
