A couple of year's ago they had a female employee who had bad customer service, but that's not the case anymore. The people there now do a great job.

I can't say much about the "fed ex" part of this place as I use ups mostly, but printing & that type of services really SUCK at this particular place.No difference between the employees & the machines alike, sometimes they work most of the time THEY DON'T .
