Kyle and his team at Farmers have been great to work with. They are super responsive to any requests for help or general inquiries. One phone call does it all. We are very pleased with them with all the claims we had recently from hail damage to our vehicles and water damage to our property. If you want someone to be your go-to and handle all your issues, it’s Kyle.

Had such a great experience, they were all super responsive, and very personable the entire time we had all 6 or 7 of our policies. Trey, specifically, was delightful to work with, very reassuring that he had our best interest at heart and was taking good care of us.We were told by other people at Farmer's (the people at the 800#) that we needed commercial coverage, so called our agent (Trey) to work out what needed to be, and were told that wasn't necessary, three separate times. "We are good". (He didn't have the license to sell commercial is what this meant, we found out later. Not that we didn't need it. He couldn't make money off of it.)However, when we actually had a need for the insurance, someone hit us, and filed a claim fraudulently against our insurance, We called Trey when the accident happened, and were told, "they'd make it right". They just needed to back-date a business rider for an additional $200 - in addition to the almost $1,200 per month we were already paying. They "would take care of us". They "wouldn't just hang us out to dry".Trey and the whole team there seemingly quickly forgot multiple in-depth conversations where we called to ensure we had the correct coverage and detailed exactly what we were doing and for who and how it worked. They lied to cover themselves. Buyer beware. They are nice guys that will do anything for your monthly premium. If they don't have the license to sell you an upgraded policy, "you don't need that", and then they'll conveniently forget details and hang you out to dry. Businesses that operate like this can't last long-term.P.S. I tried to warn others on FB with this same information, and was blocked immediately. Not very transparent, and makes me wonder about all the 5 stars only reviews.
