If I could give zero stars I would, but you have to give at least one this clinic is no good when you call your put on hold multiple times and misinformed about information. I would think real good if you’re choosing this clinic because I’m tired of playing games with them. I’m going to change my Doctor as of now, please do not choose this clinic for yourself or family.

I put a star because I can't give 0, the receptionists are rude and 0 friendly, and my appointment was at 1pm, a thousand people passed by before me and it was 2 and they never attended to me so I left, from the beginning Everything went in a bad way and the fact that he ignored that I had a prior appointment was what bothered me the most. 0 recommended this disastrous clinic

Bad attention. I was wrong to choose this place to take my children for a consultation. I thought that since the majority of the staff was Hispanic it would be better. They are super rude when responding to you. They put you on hold for a long time on the phone and don't resolve anything. They scold you if you let them know what you need. Terrible attention to this place. Do not go. I give them 0

My children have been coming here for 3 years, I come to request my eldest shot records cause they have never given me any information on any shots he has ever had in the past 3 years and they have been going back and forward with me for 2 weeks telling me they have no records for him. I have came 3 times already and they tell me the same thing, then they tell me they have it and I need to pay to obtain records they didn’t even have when I was never given any information. I ask for their HR/ complain line number and they try to change the conversation. The supervisor refused to give me a number to make a complain I will be calling my insurance and see if they have a number I can call. I do not recommend you to come to this clinic I will definitely be changing clinics. The lady in the front desk was being very rude, unfortunately I didn’t get her name.

I called them and I told them I could potentially have covid due to my symptoms and they said I could arrive at my appt time and to wait in my car. My appt time arrives and I call them to let them know who I am that I have arrived and they tell me to go inside and check in. After I explain who I am they tell me to go wait back outside. They finally give me a covid test and then they are able to see that I do have COVID. The physician then tells me that they will email me my office visit. They never do, even after calling them 2 different times. Don't go here if you need paperwork for work because you WILL NOT receive it. They had no trouble taking my credit card for the "office visit" or billing my insurance though.

Angie and Cynithia go above and beyond for the patients. Angie has a good hand to put injections and took good care of my sister . I highly recommend to get allergy tested with them. Cynthia makes sure I always get my receipts after I pay. Thank you Family care for your outstanding job
