Terrible customer service! I simply called to confirm my pickup information for my order and the guy whom I spoke to was so rude!! He overtalked me and wouldn't allow we to finish my sentences. He then had the audacity to tell me I needed to hurry and pick my order up as if he would cancel it! I will never shop here again!!

Ordered material from them to have shipped for one of our customers, this was two boxes of LVP flooring that would typically cost under 100.00. The flooring ended up costing over 500.00 for the material, due to the customer being very important to me and the material being discontinued I decided to purchase the material. Not only did all the material arrive late, but it also arrived damaged, and I also found the material to be incorrect. I have now attempted to contact them via email and on their online portal. The phone number on the website when called says no one is available. I may have to report this as fraud soon to get my money back.

Do not be fooled by the advertisement that they are open at 11:00a on Sunday. We drove all the way out there to arrive at 1:00p and find that they are locked and closed with Sunday "appointments only" posted on the door.

We had about 1200sqft of floor done from the front room to the master bedroom. No more carpeting in this house! Factory Flooring Liquidators did all the demo, leveling and then installing of a new hardwood. When it came time to install the flooring the work crew were meticulous - and did an absolutely beautiful job. Marin was very professional and personable and also provided great follow-up.
