Kathy is perfect to work with. I know nothing of how the stitching/embroidery actually works but I explain to her exactly what I want and for the past 3 years - I GET EXACTLY WHAT I ASK FOR !!! Google prompted me to write this review and I feel bad because I should have done it long ago without Google asking me.
