  I can't say enough good things about my experience with eCarOne. I purchased a BMW X6 from them last week. Both Adam and Mo were fantastic to work with and made the whole process easy. Adam definitely went the extra mile working with me to learn the vehicle's technology and get everything set up the way I wanted before I drove off the lot. From start to finish a true 5 star experience! I will be recommending them to friends and family and plan to be a repeat customer for years to come.

  When I tell you this dealership is touch notch, it is top notch!!!! My sales rep was Brian Nguyen and he was so professional and knowledgeable about my used 2025 Lucid Air I test drove and bought. I like that with the required credentials you can have a solo test drive. I didn't want to drive alone, because I like to ask questions while test driving, and Brian wasn't bothered by my request or questions.
  
  The purchasing process was easy since I knew what I wanted. Ozzy was nice with explaining my finance options since I had a question about the rate, considering my credit score. I actually thought, he was blowing smoke because he looked so dang young 😊 I did get a better rate with one of the banks they go through.
  
  Now, Ash was the icing on the cake. I really enjoyed his personality and energy while explaining the extras I could purchase to better enhance my investment. I decided on 3 🤗
  
  I have already recommended a colleague to purchase his next EV from ECarOne and Brian.

  I purchased a 2025 BMW X5 and dealt with Vinh throughout the whole process. We ran into a few hiccups and Vinh stayed on top of everything and made sure I was taken care of. He paid attention to every little detail and had everything fixed. His communication was impeccable. My purchase was seamless and Vinh’s ability to exceed my standards was much appreciated. I will definitely be back and use Vinh for that purchase as well.

  What a great experience! We’ve never bought from ECarOne before but the staff was so friendly here with each of us and even our active boys who cannot sit for hours at a time! The test driving and paperwork seemed faster than most and we were treated with attentiveness from each person that walked by even though they were all bus attending to their customers! I will come back for me next car, no doubt!

  Just bought a car from eCar One. It was a smooth experience. No pressure sales. They even want you to test drive without a salesperson with you. The car was as advertised. Johnny Tran provided great service and I highly recommend dealing with him. Be advised there is a protection plan add on for all cars (VPP). It is listed on the website. Add the protection amount to the price advertised to get the total price. Financing at dealer was super simple without being pressured to buy more stuff. I like their approach even though I’m not a fan of the VPP. However, the experience outweighed the VPP add on in my opinion.
