The gentlemen at the front desk were very helpful, unfortunately they couldn't get my part, however they directed in the right direction. They know their stuff, and were very helpful. 5 stars for professionalism and making me feel comfortable. Good job guys.

The upfront customer service was great. The customer service at pick up was terrible. Long waits no communication and when you get tired of waiting and ask him about it the little kid behind the counter has a ridiculous smirk. They really need to work on their will call area. Even the customer in front of me was tired of waiting on his products.

BE WARE when you see this guy and let him make famous on here he asking to move from the door where I was parked I’m doing this load for 2 years and no body move me from that door except him if you are there be careful he is very rude because he is thinking he is the boss there. The warehouse guys are nice and quick unloading good job guys!!!
