This store is sooooo nasty . Nothing was in stock . Staff so rude ! Bugs all on the floor !! The manager wasn’t helpful with finding items . Lines super long and they move so slow !!!!!!

I've been going to this location for years and have seen its ups and downs. I would say it's in a slump right now. The manager isn't very professional and only a few of the staff are friendly. One older lady that works there a lot is very rude and not pleasant at all. I was in there a few days ago in her line (which of course was the only one open), and she was ignoring my questions, didn't even make eye contact. I made a point to thank her and told her to have a nice day because clearly she wasn't having one!

an employee named Margaret threw our bags at us, walked away without taking my cash payment with a long line, she came back to finally get payment and didn't speak a word the whole time, including the amount of change back. before us in line, she was very kind and talkative with them. I've worked Customer service alot, that's the opposite of what you're supposed to be like. also, it costs nothing to be nice. also, don't throw things at people?

Horrible customer service from the employees to the manager, they’re rude and have a nasty attitude speaking to customers. I don’t know how this store is still in business. If I could give this zero stars I would, the shelves are always empty and the store is half decent, I’ve witnessed the older cashier talking to customers rudely and not very courteous, the manager himself has also been rude and not very helpful. This store has poor customer service and needs new management and employees but I will never step foot in that dollar tree again

They don't have warnings for dog not allowed, I come to the store nobody saying anything about that until they check out for me and then they tell me get out of the store without check out

Store is always messy dirty and bare shelves! There’s always a line because they only have one cashier. The older white manager just sits in the office rather than help out. And if you ask him if they have something he responds “ it’s probably in the back but I can’t get to it”. The Dollar Tree in Farmers Branch is much better.

Today I had a bad experience at this Dollar Tree that compelled me to share my feedback. I was the only customer in the checkout line when an older cashier, an African American lady, displayed quite a bit of attitude towards me. Her name on the receipt says Mamie. Upon placing my basket on the counter and moving aside, she glared at me with visible disdain. To my surprise and discomfort, she proceeded to aggressively dump my items onto the counter, accompanied by a rude glares and an eye roll, while placing the basket on the floor next to her. This incident left me feeling disrespected and saddened. While I acknowledge that placing the basket on the counter might not have been the correct protocol, the cashier's reaction seemed disproportionate. In the past, some cashiers at the same store have not minded when I left the basket for them. A simple, polite request to empty the basket next time would have sufficed, and I would have gladly complied. A suggestion for management: emphasizing polite communication with customers would enhance the shopping experience. Train this lady better or you'll be loosing more customers. 1/11/24
