Good day to whoever responds to what we posted in the reviews but I have attended this past weekend, May 18 and May 19, at this store located at this address and they have been closing it at 2.30 pm. You know why we cannot in the afternoon go buy at this store?????

The same lady that's always there give my husband such a hard time and he's always nice and jolly.. she always close the store 15-20 mins early and it be an emergency the store doesn't close till 10p so she stealing time. It's the neighborhood closest dollar general. We can never go if it's last minute all other stores we can but this one.. YOU CAN'T... we're not going here anymore.

This had always been my favorite store. I wanted to take advantage of some coupons that were expiring today and the cashier, who was a gringo, didn't want to take my coupon. I explained to him that it expired today and he started screaming like crazy. I better left the store, scared, really. What a horrible experience, it is worth mentioning that the other cashier is very friendly, it's a shame he wasn't there.

Whats with the manager. Shes not nice at all. Makes people not want to go there again. Companies really need to start hiring good quality people again. Not trashy people

Worst store I ever went in USA. There is a guy on billing counter he is a very rude guy he don’t know anything if we ask offer or price he don’t know English only speak Spanish. And don’t try to cope-rate if we don’t get Spanish.

I arrived at 9:45 and the store was closed. I needed to return an item that did not work to this location tonight, because I do not live in Carrollton. While trying the door an extremely rude man smoking a cigarette in front of the store, yelled at me saying, “Go. They’re closed. Go” I assume it is the ride of the cashier that closed the store early. Didn’t catch her name. She was rude to everyone in line.

I came to this store again after I swore I would not because of the rude clerk. (5'5 heavy set with bleached blonde colored hair and dark roots) I find it rude to be on the phone asking if you can be off to go to a rodeo. How about taking care of customers first next timemachine

I politely asked if they had a public restroom. He seemed annoyed but told me it was in the back. I couldn't find it and asked him it he could show me because I couldn't find it, he then throws his hands up and said I don't know what to tell you. It was directly in front of a customer. I was so embarrassed and angry that I decided to to shop there. I asked for a manager and he said there wasn't one on duty. I've called that store so many times but they obviously don't answer the phone. I've never leave reviews but this incident was just not acceptable. Just straight up rude and I've never been spoken to like that in a customer service situation.
