I am writing to express the traumatic experience that we have been through regarding our package that was supposed to be delivered.The tracking shows that my package was delivered. But there was no package delivered.As soon as I got the email and text notification, I opened my door to see no package. I searched the whole apartment community, the mailroom and the leasing office but still no sign of the package. I requested the leasing office to open all the parcel lockers and check if the parcel may have been mistakenly place somewhere, still no sign of it. On the tracking page, Ilooked for for the proof of delivery and I did not see anything.Two hours later magically the proof of delivery appears and I see that it just has some random scribbled signature on it.I called the customer service and I asked them to check the time stamp of delivery and when the proof of delivery was uploaded. They don't match. Also, the customer service representative confirmed that there were no GPS tracking updated proving that my parcel was delivered at that location. I was told that I would be given an update by 5pm Arizona time. No update.Next day, I receive text messages form DHL (in Spanish, don't know why). I used Google translate to understand the messages and the text messages read that the gps location shows that my package was delivered at the delivery address.I called and again requested for tracking my package. They said that they are investigating and will revert by 5 pm Arizona time. Still no response.I contacted the DHL customer serviceToo many red flags with this delivery.1. Delivery was supposed to happen in Frisco, Texas. Tracking shows Dallas, TX2. DHL uploaded proof of delivery as just a random signature of someone AFTER THE complaint was raised. The customer care representative agreed that this is fabricated information as the time stamp of delivery and proof of delivery do not match3. Yesterday DHL sent messages in Spanish that the package was left in the mailroom (ok, if it was left in the mailroom, then who signed it in my name as per yesterday's proof of delivery?)4. We requested our apartment leasing office to go through the security cameras and they confirmed that there was no sign of any DHL vehicle or a DHL person delivering any box within that one hour time frame of delivery. They thoroughly checked it.With the above mentioned, you can see what's happening here.People at DHL, please realize that our families living thousands of miles away put in immense efforts and take extra care to send us packages with great love. We on the other end really look forward to those packages eagerly and it really shatters our hopes and the excitement with which we wait to open those packages. The contents of those packages contain many items such as things handmade by our loved ones and things related to our religious customs amd beliefs which are priceless! And they really pay a very high price as shipping costs just to send those packages to us. You people at DHL cannot be so irresponsible in handling our packages.If you guys have the slightest of understanding of people's emotions, please handle the packages responsibly.Kindly help with tracking down the delivery driver and the station that was supposed to deliver the package.

JUST LIKE DRUGS, SAY NO!!!!!!!!IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD .This package is almost a $400 order and I continue to get the runaround. since November 8th,2023 @ 7:21p.m.November 8th 7:21 pm - Your unprofessional driver states they missed us and didn't deliver my package because "no one was home." Never once has anyone knocked or rang this doorbell. I contacted DHL customer service at approximately 7:36pm on this same date to notify them I've been patiently waiting but no driver ever even showed up. Apparently there was a report that was put in on the driver and I was notified by the rep. that they would be able to track the driver by GPS to confirm if in fact he ever stopped here in the first place BUT unfortunately I would have to wait for the next day. Aside from this, the reason for not leaving my package at the door like any other delivery service does unless REQUESTED is because there was " no one here to sign for package" This ever was a request in the first place on my end. Rep tells me it now marked as PRIORITY/URGENT DELIVERY due to this matter and changes package information to "no signature needed"November 9th- I waited all day AGAIN .( clearly no priority in that) I called DHL customer service again around maybe approximately 6:30 pm wondering what happened to my priority delivery? it's not here? I've been waiting ALL DAY. I was eventually hung up by two of your disrespectful representatives probably due to my own frustration with this company but did end up getting a call back from a higher department, A lady name " NINA CRUZ" She was understanding and apologetic just to turn around and tell me unfortunately she doesn't know why my package never came and that it is marked PRIORITY and will be here in the AM hours of November 10thNovember 10th- Here we are, no package and it is 1:28 pm. I'm sure you know what happens next at this point right? I get on the phone with rep AGAIN! Now I'm being told my package is out with courier just like the past two days and my package will arrive today between 5 and 7 PM . WAIT ????? WHAT HAPPENED TO PRIORITY?????Now what? Am I supposed to wait again for 5-7 to come and go. This is complete bullshit and beyond unprofessional. So as of today if my package is not here. Monday I will be at this Carrollton location around the time your drivers come in from their deliveries to get my $400 package.Moving forward, anytime I hear anyone speak of this unprofessional company or delivery services in a general conversation, I will make sure to forever mention how horrible this service is. NEVER AGAIN!

HORRIBLE!!! I've been waiting on a very important package for over two weeks now. It arrived in Texas finally yesterday morning and had a scheduled date of today. This was after the other two parts of my package were delivered separately. Very annoying. (But not their fault, it just added to my frustration). This package was for my business which I have had to halt until it arrived. This morning I made sure to reach out to customer service and ask when it would arrive. He assured me today by 5pm. I saw an update on the app that delivery would be between 3-5p. Once 5pm hit and there was no package, I was getting very irritated. I have customers waiting on me. 6pm I get a notification that the delivery driver was 8 stops away. For an hour and a half it kept saying he was 8 stops away. Finally it updated to he was arriving soon. Then said he was a few stops away. I had been sitting in my front room looking out the window for over 2 hours now. Then I get a notification that delivery could not be completed. Are you freaking kidding me?!?!?! He was 15 minutes from my house and is now going to turn around and drive 45 minutes back to Carrollton? Customer service was useless. Just said it will be delivered tomorrow and if I wanted to pick up I had to wait even longer. What a useless company.

You all have an incompetent driver who cannot follow simple directions or read door numbers. I received a text message saying My package was delivered to my unit at 5:41pm on 11/2/23; however, it was delivered to the wrong apartment unit. So whoever was working that route needs to be retrained or go back to school for reading comprehension. The DHL driver took a picture of the apartment unit mat, but failed to take a picture of the door number with the package out front to verify and actually show proof! I went to the unit where the package was delivered and of course my package was not there! I called DHL customer service who informed me to contact the sender and file a claim. The sender is saying to contact you all and get the police involved which I did. I have the officer name I spoke to & the badge number & police report #. So my thing is why couldn’t DHL contact the driver to inform them of this mishap & bring the package to my door. Fed-Ex literally would’ve contacted the driver & the driver would’ve brought me my package. If I wasn’t receiving a package from China, I would NOT deal with DHL.

A little slow in getting help, as always at this location. Once Preet came out to help, everything was smooth and taken care of quickly. All of the agents are nice and helpful, but wished they came out sooner.

Preet is an example of what great customer service looks like. After waiting for my package for sometime, it finally arrived at the DHL facility. At pickup, she then went out of her way to to retrieve my package from the warehouse. Thank you, Preet!

I was so stressed about my delivery with another shipping company and decided to use DHL, I had to go to the location on Kelly Blvd in Carrollton. The young lady at the counter named Latrece was so friendly, nice, empathetic, and professional that I will continue to use DHL. Keep up the Good work Latrece!

Amazing service today from Latrece at DHL. Missed my package since I wasn’t home by 15 minutes so I had to come to this location. Latrece informed me that I would have to wait for my package either before they closed or tomorrow and I had no clue that I would be receiving my package tonight. She waited over 3 hours after closing to hand me my package as I couldn’t come in an hour earlier and gave the best customer service I have ever seen. She deserves a raise as this kind of service is truly outstanding. Thank you a ton to Latrece for looking out for my package and doing that out of nowhere, I look forward to receiving my packages here in the future.

This DHL location missed delivering my package two days in a row, so I scheduled a pick up instead. This review is for Preet, she was efficient in helping out. Thanks to her, I was able to receive my package in good time.

Update:3days after taking my package to wrong address the driver goes back to the address to retrieve. Brought to me saying that where he delivered it that customer had packages from the same company delivered and it showed they had two packages so instead of verifying the address on the packages he gave them both. Only to get there second package the 3rd day. Upon inspecting my package he advised me that the customer had opened my package and if anything was missing to contact DHL. I checked and there were several items missing they completely helped themselves to my items then taped package back up. Contacted DHL to inform them of the missing items only to be told to contact the shipper and inform them like WTH why should I when the error was on DHL. Even after stating the obvious that the mistake lied on them and they should take responsibility and correct the representative hung up on me. So the rating stays I’m not sure how there even still in business the worse courier service ever.If I could give a minus I would. I was to received a package from DHL and at 1pm I got a notification that is was delivered so I ran and check nothing was there. So I contacted DHL and advised them that I didn’t receive and because it had just been completed they were not able to give me any information. But said they would open an investigation and would call by 5pm the next day which is today. No call and when I called them no information. I informed them I had filed a police report and they’re going to investigate where the package was delivered and check the cameras. The driver said he delivered it to the correct address and a Daniel signed I live alone so where did it go. So now I’m still waiting why should I have to reach out to them and do all the work for them when they made the error. This company is the worst.

If there was a way to give less than one star, I would give them less than. DHL is the worst and most expensive shipping company's I've known. The delivery guy delivered my documents worth $100k to the wrong address, but luckily since I was expecting and waiting for the delivery, I have to see the van driving by and I thought that the driver was perhaps delivering to other neighbors before mine. So, I waiting for about 30 minutes with no sign of any delivery. I decided to call the customer service only to learn that the guy decided to deliver to a different address. So, I decided to quickly drive there just in case. When I got there, I rand the door bell and the couple opened the door. When I asked them if they received anything from DHL, they said yes but the trashed it because they didn't recognize the name on the package. I had to dig in their trash and luckily they were not destroyed. But who knows what they would have done had I not showed up in time ?

My Package has reached final destination facility 4 days back. But they didn't deliver the package to me. No matter how many times I call I didn't get the correct response. They are just saying it will be out today.But it never came. I am still waiting for my package. I tried all support channels. They sound like they are not even responsible. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
