They don't bring the packages when you paid for the service. They tell you to go for them because they can't find your fatal address 0 Star service ⭐️?

Absolutely the worst delivery model to date. The process is lackluster with no regard for the customer. The automated customer service process is trash! Whenever I order anything else I will be sure DHL is not the preferred delivery courier.

After "losing" my package once already, I waited 7 more days for my reordered package to come for an event. DHL was supposed to deliver my package to my house. My family and I have NEVER had issues with delivery until using this service.The van pulled up to my house at 10 in the morning, and by the time I looked on our camera the driver just drove away. Never rang the doorbell or knocked, or even got out of his van. I tried to go to the van as they drove down the street, but they completely drove out of the neighborhood. The delivery time kept getting pushed back until 8 pm, which is, of course once their live representatives aren’t available anymore. They decide to state, “delivery attempt but no response at consignee address" once it was past 8 pm. I even filled out a form to not have to sign anything and for them to leave at my door. And since they waited until 8 pm, I couldn't drive to pick it up myself or do anything about it since it took me forever to get a live person on the phone and then all their locations were closed by then.They need to fire this driver

I stopped in at the location in Carrollton and Latrece Greeted me with a smile. She was very Pleasant and willing to help I was in a hurry, and did not have the label that I needed it for my return. She was able to print my label out in a timely matter and get me in and out. I am very pleased with her a customer service so when you go to this location, go and see Latrece!!!! Great customer service Ma’am A

I was supposed to receive a package on March 30th. The carrier flat out lied saying my address was invalid. They took my package back to their Hub and had it sent back to where I ordered it from without noticing me first. I called the customer service # and the guy gave me some nonsense gibberish. This is the ONLY delivery service I have problems with delivering my mail.I lost my money and my package behind this company .

This is a company that is useless. You pay for express service and they don't deliver your package1- it appears that my package has already been delivered and that I sign. Total lie2- I made the claim, they opened an investigation, they have been lying to me that the package would arrive and I was waiting like a fool and nothing.3- The girl who is carrying out the investigation tells me that my package is coming tomorrow. I tell her can I go pick up my package, she says no, it can't.4- I'll talk again, a kind girl answers me, and to my surprise, the investigation has already been closed. And I still haven't received my package!I am super disappointed, and will never return to this shipping company.
