The recent change at CVS by hitting customers directly to voicemail is a major inconvenience. I should not have to drive in to talk to the pharmacist and then be told my prescription will not be ready for 2 to 3 hours. I truly feel the corporate office at CVS has let down their pharmacy staff you’ve put them on the front line of very upset/sick people. They are having to deal with things that they have no control over. The staff was visibly frustrated and tired looking. I was in line with four other people, and they all had issues with CVS and not being able to speak to a pharmacist.

In past years, the service has been slow. My review is based on my recent experiences which I have noticed improvement in the speed of their service.

The ONLY reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1 to this CVS is because of the service I've received the previous year. However, after getting the run around on a new prescription I'm moving all of my business across the street to Walgreens.I don't enjoy nor do I understand the complexity of dealing with insurance. Problems could arise from my Dr office, this pharmacy, or the insurance company. I don't know which one the problem fell with, I just know that I had to work with all three to get the problem resolved. The tech did a good job of explaining the issue to me and even recommended I go to a Walgreens and maybe they can help me. I did, and let me tell you, the customer service at that Walgreens was EXCEPTIONAL!

This pharmacy needs help STAT! I waited with others for the pharmacy to open at 10 AM, and we were told at about 10:15 that the pharmacist was MIA, and nobody could reach him. Staff could not even get in as everything was locked, so not even filled prescriptions could be given. The store staff was nice, but if you can't get to work by 10 AM (and not communicate anything to anyone), there must be a serious problem.

Had a prescription to a different pharmacy who was out of stock on my medicine so they told me to call Cvs and have the prescription transferred - easy enough - called several different cvs locations but they're all out of stock - they said call this specific one as it's currently in stock - call the josey one 8 times and it just says they're busy and can't answer the phone so I have to drive 30 mins out of my way to talk to them directly - give them my info to have the prescription transferred and she's like it'll be 438$ like wtf - it's 22$ at my regular pharmacy why the hell is it a 2000% increase in price - f this place

My first time at this location and I have one of the employees following me thinking I'm going to steal items even though the female employee did not think that I was going to steal but the male employee believed I was, I have money I don't need to steal. Even though they do have items that I was looking for but they are out of or I was going to pay for but this time frame I'm not coming back.

It always takes several calls for each prescription. They tell you your prescription will be ready then go to pick it up and it is on hold for the doctor to approve, for insurance approval, for prior authorization or the same reason multiple times. Most unreliable pharmacy on this planet! All reviews are 1. How do they get to 2.3 rating? How is that possible?

The worst pharmacy service. The employees are some what pleasant, however be prepared for a long wait. 20 min hold times on the phone, drive thur 30 min wait. At the counter at least a 15 minute wait. To make matters worse, they send automated messages asking you to call if you have questions. Good luck, I've never had answer when I called, per their request. The Cvs up the street has better customer service. They even answer calls in a timely manner.

I made an appointment to get a COVID test today, and it was seamless. I showed up at the drive-thru a few minutes before my appointment time, and when I pulled up to the window the pharmacist said, "You're here for a COVID test, right?" He had all my paperwork and the test kit right there. He asked me if I was familiar with the test procedures, which I was, and he told me he would be right there if I had any questions or needed any assistance. He made the process so smooth and easy, and I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. I've been a Walgreens guy for years, but I'm switching my allegiance to CVS. From passport photos to vaccines and now COVID tests, CVS seems to just have their act together.

I can only say v this CVS has really become my go-to during the pandemic! They are always helpful & try hard to get what you are looking for too. *Yasmeen gave my Covid vaccines & was pure skill! It was painless and she has a very calming demeanor.* Admitted baby when it comes to shots!Thank you Yasmeen.

CVS PHARMACY REVIEW! I am super disappointed with the pharmacy customer service. In particular with Savita, she was super rude and didn't have the ear to listen my questions and concerns. Before I could finish a sentence she had the need to answer before. Anyways - I've always come here for my regular bi-weekly dose medications but I will be moving to a different cvs pharmacy. I do not cause trouble and am very understanding - this kind of behavior and attitude from Savita is just not acceptable.
