I have seen ALL CVS locations DETERIORATE and get JUNKIER! Those self checkouts are PROBLEMATIC and a sign of CORPORATE giving us the finger! Whenever I need to find an associate, they are NOWHERE to be found! I had to switch to Walgreens because CVS no longer deals with Blue Cross for my prescriptions!

Horrible customer service at this location.After completing a purchase at a self checkout, we had a $3 off entire next purchase coupon print off, had another purchase we wanted to make with that coupon, there was no restrictions and we had 2 print of with different expiration dates.Wanted to use the sooner expiration date first.Tried to scan it at the coupon screen it scanned and said to put the coupon in the coupon slot, it did not acknowledge that we put it in, so we took another piece of receipt and put it in, went to finish the transaction but noticed it didn't take off the amount.We informed the apparent store manager of the issue.She came over and pulled out the coupon from th machine, and now it refused to take it at all.She brought us over the counter to assist further, she kept saying the number didn't match the coupon and that it had already been used, which is not true, the kiosk clearly had an, issue.Instead of just taking off the $3 manually, she ened up using the other $3 off coupon after my partner repeatedly said she did not want to use that coupon for this transaction.It was clear she just wanted us to leave and shut us up.If this is the quality of service CVS is okay with providing it's customers over $3 off a $5 item then we won't be shopping at this company anymore and my partner has canceled their extra care plus memeber.Do better...

This CVS forgot to give me a medicine to my nephew and he ended up back in the hospital. I went there twice and they still didn't give the meds. So yesterday I went back and asked how long they had the meds and they said since 5/1/ 2024 mind you I went there 5/1 and 5/2 and never got them. Then they wanted to charge me $19 for what? He's back in the hospital now. People need to pay more attention because this could have been worse. If they would have paid more attention he would be halfway through his recovery but now he's in a setback and he has pneumonia which could have been deadly if it would have set in his bloodstream. This was not good at all. Pay more attention to detail.

Sign says they open at eight, but they were not opening the door. There were several customers outside, waiting knocking and they never open the door so we had to go to Walgreens.

Disgusting bathrooms. I went to change my daughter in the bathroom and there's mold on the side of the toilet and fecal matter on the changing table. I need a shower being in there. The toilet paper on the floor has been saturated in filth. When I talked to the male employee with long hair, today (3/4) around 4:50pm he told me the bathroom was cleaned two days ago and had no response to the grossness in the bathroom. Two days???? That's disgusting. Needs to be hourly. Very disappointed.

Tho is for the pharmacy only. Worst communication. If you can’t answer phones, maybe hire someone just for that. Playing phone tag is a complete waste of time.

Absolutely horrible. It took them 15 minutes to get me the items needed to inject my prescription and they still messed it up. I specified what needles I needed and they not only gave me all the wrong ones but no syringes to boot! The counter guy had to ask someone else for help every single step.

The worst CVS ever. Website has Pharmacy opens at 8 AM but the Tech inside the store says 10 AM. Update your website, unprofessional and false advertising.Taking my business somewhere else.

I’m really happy with the experience I had working with pharmacist Thai Pham. I had an issue with my medication and even though he was about to head out to lunch, he took the time to carefully inspect the medication and explain my options.I think CVS is a really big company and it’s easy to criticize the service you get at big companies, but I’ll keep coming back to this particular CVS location because I feel like pharmacist Pham and the kind I pharmacy staff will make sure I’m taken care of.I really appreciate the pharmacy staff at this location. Thank you for treating me like a person today!

The Asian pharmacist was a nice guy and was first time a pharmacy was helpful and didn't just say we're out of your prescription kick rocks. Thanks buddy much appreciated.

If I could give it half a star I would. Don’t bother, nobody works there. Pharmacy makes you call the metroplex to find a store that has your medication. Before Covid it was ok, Walgreens is across the street.

Despite all of their signage that says “Free Flu Shots” they do not offer if free if you have BCBS insurance. Of course, when you schedule it online and tell them your insurance is BCBS, they don’t bother to mention this.
