Mediocre facility and they keep raising prices once or twice a year. Maybe somewhere else if you're looking for longer term storage.

My advice to anyone is please don’t put anything in any storage units. I recently had fell behind on my payments and was calling the office to speak to the DM and the Melissa never gave me the phone number or email to speak to the dm about my matter. The other properties I called said she suppose give you the DM phone number if you have a complaint or matter. I lost my units but wanted Melissa to give the buyers my cell phone so if can come pick up important documents in my unit such as birth certificates/ social security cards legal documents and if I could pick up my box my pictures memories and I contacted her on early last week and she said oh we gave them your number but there not obligated to call you . I was told at another unit if it’s important documents then they have to contact you. So I ended up losing everything in my storage unit. It sucks.So my advice to anyone don’t ever leave anything in a storage unit. They should put options such as have your unit be sold or have you vacate the unit immediately.

IT'S A BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Do not believe anything they tell you when signing up for the rental.The Good:1.Very secure, need your code to enter building and again if using the elevators.2. Multiple entry points to pick from including a ramp on the backside of the building with elevators just inside the bay doors.3. Always been clean and bug free so far.THE BAD:::1. I signed up online to get the discount on the 10 x 20 unit. I also called ad spoke to a lady in office about the price and possible increases due to me living on a low fixed income.I was told that every few months or so that they may be adusted but she has never seen it go up more than $6-$10 every 6 months or so. COMPLETE LIE!!After talking to her I completed the online reservation feeling my stress relieved knowing I could afford it now and even with a few price increases over the next couple years, as a disabled person would not have to move locations again for at least a couple years Hopefully.3. You Have to pay extra for Their Insurance Only. They DO NOT ACCEPT HOME OWNER INSURANCE POLICIES that would privately cover my items should something happen.4. NOT EVEN 6 MONTHS LATER THEY JUST RAISED MY RATE $30 A MONTH!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND A COMPLETE OPPOSITE OF WHAT WAS ADVISED BEFORE FINALIZING DOCUMENTS.Just Another Company With No Morals (or at Least the Representatives they hire).Currently looking for a new facility to move to as soon as family and friends can help me Again.EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.SHAME ON YOU STORAGE KING.*** I will be posting my review on every review site I am part of.****

Storage King is great. Affordable pricing, climate controlled, close to home, staff is friendly and will help you with anything they can and always have a solution for any issue you might be having. It is clean, the hours are GREAT, there are always carts available, and they don't sound like a freight train is passing bye. Frankly the only thing I found to be lacking is that the elevators are VERY SLOW. I can live with that, YES I CAN!Rent at Storage King online because they have excellent promos, and they deliver on what they promise, these days that's a HUGE PLUS! No inconvenient surprises. So far I am very pleased with everything, except the elevators, of course.

The staff member who helped me was patient and let us know if we had any questions. Office is clean and organized. The interior of the storage unit is perfect for both cooling and warming depending on the weather outside and very roomy. Very affordable too! Highly recommend to anyone who’s looking for a storage place.

I want to first say, I really hate that I'm forced to give a star in order to leave a review. With that said, please save your money and your sanity by not trusting storage king to store your valuables. When I say I've never met the most unprofessional people in my life until I did business with storage king, I'm pretty sure that'll be an understatement. I'm going to try to make this as short as possible, because I have better things to do with my time, such as fighting with this company about my personal belongings. I was roughly two weeks late one month paid my bill. I admit that was my fault. It was no reason for it, except that I had simply just forgotten to pay it. It was my second month having it, and I had never used a storage prior to this. When they called me for the first time to remind me that my bill was overdue, I immediately went online and paid it. Fast forward to approx a week later, I went to grab a few things out for my 18 month old grandson who was in town all the way from Oregon. When I went to my storage, it had a lock on it, besides my original lock. I called the company multiple times that day and got no answer. I called again the next day and spoke with Mike. Mike informed me that he put a lock on my until sure to non payment. I explained that I was up to date on my payments, and had been for the past couple of weeks. He then informed me that he had simply forgotten to take it off, and for us to give him a call when we go back to the storage so that we can give him a number that was on the lock he placed on there, and he would give us the code to the lock. I informed him that it was pretty late, but I'd be there tomorrow. He said no problem and hung up. The next day I go to the storage and give him a call, but I got no answer. I kept calling, but every call I made went unanswered. I went home very frustrated because, if he came out to put a lock on my storage, he should've came back out to remove the lock. So again, the next day I go back up there and give him a call. This time s last answers the phone and informs me she's unable to help me and that she's gotten multiple calls that day regarding Mike's unprofessionalism. She said if have to call back tomorrow. Needless to say, I called everyday for a week trying to get in touch with Mike, and all I got was either the same last telling there was nothing she could do, or if would ring until u got the voice mail. Finally I received a call back from Mike, but now it was another month and rent was due again. So of course, he told me that I would have to pay this new month's rent before he could remove the lock. Of course I was furious. I explained to him how he had s lock on my storage for two weeks while it was caught up on rent, and when I gave him a call, he told me he would walk me through removing the lock, but for some odd reason, after our conversation, I was unable to get in touch with him for a week. Without any apology, just like the first time we spoke, he informed me that he was human and made a mistake by forgetting to remove the lock after I paid it. YES! THAT WAS ASK HE COULD COME UP WITH. Yet he still said that he couldn't remove it because it was now the 2nd of the next month and my bill was due again. I explained to him that I was only human, that's why I had forgotten to pay my bill, however, when they called to remind me, I immediately went online and paid it. That wasn't a good enough excuse for him. Although it was the truth, and I am the customer, so if anyone is entitled to mistakes, I'd assume it would be me. After going round and round with him for about an hour, I told him I just wanted to get my belongings out of that storage because I can't sure business with someone like them. He finally did he was going to go out and unlock it. Give him a few minutes. About 30 minutes later, my husband and I went to our storage unit, and that's when we discovered, he may have removed the lock, but now he locked us out of the gate. I've been asking to
