I couldn't find the part I needed here in the UK and managed to track one down at Coppell TV Repair. Within a week of purchase it was shipped to me and installed in my monitor saving me a lot of money from having to purchase a new monitor. I can't recommend these guys enough.

Our Vizio TV would only play in black and white. In doing some research I came across Coppell TV Repair. The main board had a bad chip and just needed to be replaced. I sent them the board, they repaired it and sent it back to me in less than a week.The TV is working great! Excellent service. Thank you! Saved me from buying a new TV.

Great level of expertise in repair of my LG 34UM95-P motherboard that then allowed my LG computer display screen to power up properly (after failing to do so previously). It can be hard to find a company who can service a 10 year old expensive monitor and give it new life. But these folks at Coppell TV Repair have the knowledge and experience and do their magic! Their communications with customers are efficiently handled by messaging through their website. And turnaround times are very good. They also saved me a lot of money by not having to purchase a new computer monitor. I value their support and service! Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor and do not do business with this quack.I went there for a repair estimate at the direction of the moving company that broke my Sony 65-inch TV. He said $40 for an estimate, to which I agreed (movers agreed to pay for estimate and are required to repair/replace). Several minutes later, he asks if the movers will pay $50 to replace a ribbon cable & I said they probably will after they get the estimate. After another ~35 minutes passed, he says he did the estimate and “repaired” the TV and I needed to pay $90.He showed the sound and channel worked and said it was ‘fixed’. I found out his idea of “fixed” was melting two broken pieces of cable together and wrapping scotch tape around the joint so the sound and channel control worked, scotch taping, in 3 places, the 30-inch long bracket holding the controller to the bottom of the TV, and telling me not to bump it or it would come loose.At this point I knew the guy was a quack and I needed to get my TV out of there. I had no choice but to pay the $90 and take it somewhere else to get a real estimate.So, I’m out $90 and I have a half-working TV held together by scotch tape - Yay! (That was supposed to be in sarcasm font)Backstory: The movers, hired by my employer, broke-off the part that receives the remote’s signal. When I reported the damage, my moving company called Coppell TV Repair, asked if they gave repair estimates, and Coppell TV said yes. They then asked me to take the TV to Coppell TV Repair for an estimate. I take the TV to Coppell TV and there is no sign on the building - it’s just a double glass door through which all you can see is a ton of boxes and a few disassembled TVs. I give the guy the benefit of the doubt and figure, “what could go wrong”…

Extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I recently had an issue with my Samsung 75" TV, where the backlight had died the very center of the screen, resulting in a dark line through it. I inquired about if this was repairable, and Bobby went above and beyond explaining what is involved in repairing a backlight on such a new thin modern TV. I am very appreciative of the detailed information, and ultimately I ended up just purchasing a new TV, but I wanted to leave this review since the support is excellent from Coppell TV Repair.

they were very helpful in aswering my email. Sent board in and two days from when they recevied it . they were sending back fixed.. they fixed the board but couldnt fix the ant chip and said if i can find one on dooner board they would replace it free.. Found a new one Sent it back they sent the board back with the new chip no charge including the shipping back free .. First class company

I had an excellent experience dealing with Coppell TV and the gentleman is extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend them for any diagnosis and repairs including ones for very expensive complicated large TVs such as the one I have.

Great service at an affordable price. Fast turnaround. My tv remote wouldn’t work after installing the repaired motherboard. I emailed Copell, and they promptly responded with possible solutions. In my case the fix was holding down the p q and space buttons for ten seconds, then removing and reinstalling the batteries on the remote. Thank you!
