Horrible Service.Called a dozen times and NEVER got a call back.The manager Jeremy did not handle the issue at all.Promised he would call the warehouse and call me right back.... nothing.The employee I spoke to said verbatim that she hasn't even spoken to the manager in a month, and that he tends to not submit orders on time.I wish I could blame this on the lack of employees due to the pandemic, but I ordered a couple times prior to Covid and had the same experiences .

I tried to order some items online. The order would not go through. I asked online how to order and never received an answer. I think this company really stinks. Is there less than one star?

Went to pick up my glow sticks and they happened to have moved to another state. They said they would mail my order. After reading reviews, I called to get a tracking number, they said they would have it the next day. Then, I emailed them asking for a tracking number. They said they will provide it the next day. They never did. I sent another email about a week later for an update. No answer. Then I call and they tell me they don't have a tracking number and that they will call me back once they get it. They should be closed down!! Its now been over a year that I still have not received my refund!

I have ordered every year for last 4 years form this company. Last year, they delivered the glow sticks after my event, via regular shipping even though I paid for upgraded shipping. I had to call them 6 times to get the return approved. I returned the glow sticks, but they tried to charge me a restocking fee even though it was their error. This year, I ordered the glow sticks a week ago. No one contacted me to say they were out of stock until today (the day before they were supposed to be delivered). The offered to send other glow sticks, but they would arrive late. The company had the option to send them via overnight but wanted to charge me over $200 in shipping costs. They refused to Comp the shipping, even though it was their error. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service is HORRIBLE.

I ordered glow sticks for my daughters sweet sixteen got them within a week, i ordered 108 of them they shorted me 12 and 4 of them did not work , i contacted them to be told oh well. Now no one is answering my calls or emails.

Have not even received the product yet so I cannot yet vouch for its quality. But I will say, I will never buy from this supplier again as I have received 2 emails every single hour since placing my order 2 DAYS AGO asking for a review. Well here is your review, now please leave me alone!

Ordered glow sticks on February 19, 2018 - received shipment on the 23rd, items did not meet my expectations. Obtained shipping instructions from their office to return items on 2/26. Items received by their warehouse on 2/27 and has been confirmed by Daisy. Continued promises of refund "tomorrow," yet always another excuse on why refund has not been processed. Now the owner, Jafiz Hakam, is out of town and they don't know when I'll get my refund. Unacceptable. I would never recommend doing business with this company.

If you have a date that you must have these by DO NOT go through this company. I ordered 200 glow sticks and when I got them 150 of them were already lit and damaged. I asked for a replacement and I was told to count the exact amount. I did that and then I was told to send photos. I did that and was asked if it would be okay if they sent me 100 replacements instead of the 150 that I needed. It has been one month since I was told they would re ship my order and I still have not received the glow sticks. These were for our wedding and now we do not have what we need and it is too late to order from another company. The customer service was awful, I will never order from this company again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed in the LED 14 Inch Blinky Balloons in White that I ordered for my wedding. We were going to use them in our Grand Exit, as the location didn't allow sparklers. According to the product information, said they would hold helium for up to 10 hours, most didn't even make 6 hours. We didn't have them lit until we exited the reception, but the light was so dim, didn't even look like they were lit... just looked like wimpy white balloons. Very disappointed in quality of the product. Was not worth the money that I spent for them.

Received a call from "Daisy" at Cool Glow two days ago saying I owed them $104 for bracelets that were never paid for. I explained that I hadn't ordered anything from them in quite a while, and she said this was from two years ago. TWO YEARS AGO!!! I assured her that my order had been paid for, and reminded her that they would not have shipped it to me if it hadn't been fully paid. She insisted I owed the money, and asked if I had proof that I had paid. Really? Two years later? I explained that my original order contained close to 100 defective bracelets, and that Cool Glow had agreed to send me replacements. Could that be the problem? She said she would check into it, and put me on hold. I waited for almost 15 minutes, and then heard a "CLICK" on the phone...she had hung up on me. I called back, got "Daisy" again, and asked why she had hung up. She responded that she wasn't able to get any further information. That's a reason to hang up on a customer? After checking my credit card record I was able to determine that my order HAD been fully paid, and "Daisy" indicated that she saw in my record that replacement bracelets had been shipped in connection with the order in question. She said she would discuss this with management and get back to me. Haven't heard a peep from Daisy or Cool Glow since. Double billing for your merchandise? Really??? Send out defective merchandise, then charge you AGAIN to send out working merchandise? That's a pretty good business model, don't you think?

Received our item broken. It took three emails to FINALLY get a response from customer Service (Amber Hogen) and she said I would need to submit pictures of the damaged items. I immediately responded with the broken item pictures and have yet to hear anything back regarding a refund or getting a new item. I have since sent 3 follow up emails. Nothing! Extremely disappointing. It has been two months I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I have never had such a difficult time dealing with a customer service representative. My order of items took 13 days to arrive, past my event date. She blamed it on holiday mail, but the package should have arrived before the holiday weekend. According to the shipping server, the Company did not get this package to them on the date that the Company told me. The items were of very poor quality after all of that, and they require a 15% restocking charge, and charge return shipping.I would strongly encourage buyers to shop elsewhere for their party supplies. The poor quality, rude customer service, and shipping delay made this a very unpleasant experience.

I dont even give 1 star but wont let me submit without giving at least 1 star! Products were terrible and did not work properly -- after calling I was told I could return the unopened products for a full refund but after waiting several weeks for a refund I called again. Still no refund -- now working with the credit card company to get my money back. Very terrible product and even worse customer service!
