Went in for an annual D.O.T. physical. Arrived at 8 a.m. and had pre filled out the forms online. Still had to fill out another form upon arrival, and needed to fill in a lot of info that has not changed since last year all over again. I was there for over 2 hours. I sat in the exam room for over 30 minutes before being seen. I will say that all the staff were very polite and courteous and the care I received was excellent, it just took too long.

I was sent in for a company directed DOT Random drug/alcohol test. The staff was very efficient and pleasant for the entire procedure. I have done this many times over my flying career but still every step was thoroughly explained. Excellent job.

Lettie was excellent and very congenial. The attending physician was a true professional. She was very thorough and attentive. Both women are a great testament to their fields and truly a asset to Concentra Urgent Care and it's affiliates.

First off, you guys should be ashamed of yourself.
For a second, I thought to give a 3 star, them I thought 2 star, but in all honesty I can't ignore the seriousness of the matter and I think a 1 star is more suitable and a fair rating for the simple fact that a health care provider should have good intentions and consider the safety of others well being.
I was denied medication ? ? and was asked for 8 tubes of blood. 8 tubes is almost unheard of.
I have a condition, and 9 out of 10 I faint when doing blood work. It's a very unpleasant feeling and have fainted countless times in my life, not just over blood work. It's got to the point where I've had concutions and once had to get stitches from splitting my head open from the impact of hitting the floor. The doctors are experienced enough to know some people struggle with this. Never the less I do manage to do blood work every year and am well aware of my status, whether I'm believed or not.
NOW!!! all I was doing was being percutaneous ( I needed a medication called Trivicy ) this is a medication you can take to prevent the contraction or HIV. You take it 72 hours before a posible exposure orbsexual contact with a hiv positive person and it will eradicate the virus and prevent contraction
She offered me medication of 1 pill of a less patience than a xanax. I asked the lady if it was a benzo and she said yes but they never sent the meds over.
If any Doctor is concerned about making money over providing proper health care to the community Instead of focusing on the benefit of your pocket and finances then you're not even a Doctor and that's a very selfish thing to do. Preventing HIV is one of the biggest things that needs to be done and honestly like I said you should be ashamed of yourself
I went to another urgent care that was in my network and was given the medication without doing any blood worw.
At least she offered medication ? Thankful she offered the medication but honestly it was also rude of her staff to not even follow-up with it and send it over to my pharmacy. It's a schedule to substance but I've been taking it since 14 for the same issue I'm having.
She went on to say how less potent it is than xanax well guess what ma'am everybody is different and everybody's body chemistry is different So it really depends on the person and how much they have a tolerance forbut nevertheless I will be 40 and 6 years from now and yes I look young and I'm full of energy but that doesn't mean I'm a kid.
Keep in mind you have a 4.3 writing and I truly hope this one star drops you down to a 3 star rating because in all honesty that's what you deserve for thinking about your pockets rather than thinking about the spread and prevention of hiv
