If you are reading this review you already know the wonders of clear bra / PPF. And you may also know XPEL is one of the best film. But it does not matter how good a PPf is if you don’t have an installer who knows what they are doing. That is where Brent of Clear Bra of North Dallas comes in. He is the best of best in the business. He not only knows all the tricks in the book but has developed so many of his own techniques. Once he puts it on you will never know it is there. Below are the pics of my Audi that is 4.5 years old and has PPF installed by Brent when new. Car looks as good as new and the clear bra is in phenomenal shape. Can’t believe we got lucky to have such an awesome resource to take care of our beloved rides right here in our backyard. Recently Brent also took care of my daughter’s new RAV4, I am sure she will write her own review. She grew up seeing daddy’s shiny cars that look new after years and she wanted hers protected as well :-)

I had an unfortunate experience when I met the owner. His behavior was extremely disappointing, as he came across as aggressive and impatient. Such attitudes are not conducive to positive customer interactions and left me feeling quite uncomfortable. I hope the business takes customer feedback seriously and addresses these concerns to provide a better experience for future customers.

Brent likes to berate people who find flaws in his work. Calls and threatens them even. Also uses an adhesive under the wraps that pulls paint up when removing the wrap and scratches the paint with razors. This the internet dude. You mess with people and it'll come back to bite you. Apparently this isn't an isolated incident either as there are other reviews stating this.

I want to thank Brent for the outstanding job he did on my GTR. The clarity and brightness of the paint is amplified at least 3x by his Xpel film. No seams or anything, you'd never know I had the whole car wrapped in PPF. There's no better place in the Metroplex to get your Xpel treatment. Brent is your guy!!

I had clear bra installed on my last 4 cars, but this one was the first time it was done by Brent. It was a 2023 Lexus and I had economy package installed. Brent did an excellent job hiding most of the edges by wrapping them inside the fenders and the hood. He kept my car overnight at his Argyle location. Overall I am more than satisfied with quality and timing. Brent is very good at communicating, he almost always answers the phone, or calls right back. I will definitely come back when and if I need to have another clear bra installed.Service: Paint protection

Brett is an expert in this business. If you do a full wrap on your car, it won’t be cheap but, you get what you pay for. With Brett, you are paying for the best material and expert workmanship. He has wrapped 3 of my cars and I will only take my vehicles to him

Dear BBB,Before I got this job done with ClearBra of Dallas, aka; Accurate Detail & Tint in Argyle, TX done, the owner of the Shop, Brent told me the job would be completed inside his 10-car garage for entire job and, he sounded sincere and that was important to me if he was going to do the job inside, and not outside. But when I dropped off my 2021 Tesla electric new car, I realized the vehicle stayed outside the first day (24 hours) of the three days it was there at his shop and, I knew this because of the technology in the car that showed me that to be the case. I could see where he left my car's hood open while it stayed outside the first night because the car showed that condition, and it was raining outside where the car was at that time. I then called Brent after 24 hours of my car being outside and asked him why the work was proceeding outside, and he got furious at me for asking, and he started berating me on the telephone. He said at this point it would stay in, and so, on the third day, Friday the 20th of August I went to pick up the car. When I arrived, Brent started to belittle me for calling him that one time with my concern. I figured instead get into with him, I would pay and leave because I was concerned for the way he was acting toward me. I was looking over vehicle before I left, but he was badging me while I was there, which, inhibited completing my inspection and I did try point out contamination to Brent, but he was quickly discounting what I was saying. So, I left and looked it over at the end of the street and here is what I found:Window tint has contamination where I initially see dirt particle contamination in multiple locations on the windshield.Front hood and bumper, and I pointed this out to Brent that the “XPEL” Paint PPF wrap has particle contamination under the wrap, which is suppose to protect the paint and not harbor dirt, so the job has to be done in a very clean dry space, which I do not believe it was done in, but outside instead because he was very busy.The ceramic wax job is not showing to be very hydrophobic, and it’s like he did not wax it at all.Note, between Brent's unprofessional customer service skills and the unprofessional job from Brent and also I am concerned how will I receive my lifetime warranty for parts and labor for this job, and he is the only dealer that can get service from. I confirmed this with “Xpel manufacturer” for this product Brent is selling in this job. Brent said I am to never call him under any circumstances, so how will I get this corrected if I cannot call the shop or trust that I will be safe going there and if he would even do it? Because I cannot call him to schedule any corrections according to him. I feel I have no recourse with him to resolve my issues and I hope you understand this very bad situation.Services: Vehicle window tinting

Called this location initially for undertanding on services and costs before geting the work done in their alternate site. Owner was impressive in knowledge and guidance. Highly recommend .
