If I could give them NO stars I would! I hate this place with a passionThe customer service there is the WORST! I purchased a 2016 Buick Encore from here a little over 15 months ago and the experience from time of purchase to now had been awful. The people there are so Rude and Unwilling to help along with unknowledgeable. I'm a very easy going handicap woman and I feel like they are pushing me to a breaking point. On top of that the car that I purchased is a piece of junk! Buyers PLEASE BEWARE!!!

I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership. Unfortunately today I was told that they could no longer provide loaner vehicles when my Yukon needs service. The reason I was given is that they sold all of the cars due to lack of inventory. Short term profits over long term customer satisfaction has cost you this customers future business.

Service department is unorganized and confused. I wanted to bring my truck in for a transmission fluid change, so I called to ask about the cost and scheduling. I was put on hold for a couple of minutes, then transferred to an extension that went straight to voicemail. I called back, was put on hold again, then transferred to another extension, straight to voicemail again, third call, the same. If they can't answer a simple question about the cost of a standard service, then how can you trust them to do the service correctly? My previous a few months ago was also frustrating. I was in for an oil change, and they pulled my truck out to the service drive when they were done, but then there was a lot of confusion when it came time to check out and pay. I was told to see person A, but they were on the phone, so I was then directed to see person B, but they were not at their desk. I then just told the cashier that all I need to do was pay my bill, and that seemed to confuse them. After several minutes I was finally able to pay and leave.

Disappointed re: Service Dept. / it looks like a lot of changes have been made there. The atmosphere seems less inviting and not people friendly. But most disappointing is lack of covid safety. Employees walk around without masks or under their chins. Customer waiting area was packed at 10am. Service used to be exceptional. I would travel to make sure my car was serviced only here during my last 10 years and 2 new cars later, I'll be looking for a another service center.

BEWARE!!!!!! Their finance person pulled a fast one on us when setting up the financing. We explicitly stated that we only wanted to finance the vehicle for 72 months at a specific monthly payment and he was eager to sell us an extended warranty. He claimed he could get us a better interest rate if we included the extended warranty and showed a payment within a few dollars of the payment that didn't include the extended warranty. What he did was change the duration of the loan to 75 months but never disclosed that he did. We didn't discover it until we went back and reviewed the paperwork. Now we are stuck with an additional 3 payments for something we didn't want in the 1st place.

My review is specific to the service department. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Last December I took my truck in to get an oil pressure switch replaced. It's literally a 15 minute job if you have the right tools and parts. It cost me over 450 to get it done, but I didn't have time and they charge you $145 to even look at your vehicle. Some guy calls me abs says, there's still no oil pressure after it's been replaced, the mechanic thinks you need a new cam... WHAT? Yeah and our estimate fir that work is 3000... I say no and send a tow truck to go get it. When I get it home I start it and drive it from the street to my drive way, look at the oil pressure and it's normal. My truck is a hybrid and if it is not moving faster than 15 mph it's an electric engine only hence, no oil pressure until the gad engine starts...I'm irritated, but the truck worked so I got over it...Fast forward to this week... oil pressure drops out again. I call and say hey you replaced this 11 months ago and it's acting up again I'd like you to take a look at it and see if that sensor was defective, it should have a warranty. They say sure no problem. A few hours later I get a call. The mechanic says you had full pressure for a couple minutes, then it dropped to 18.. it's your oil pump and it needs to be replaced. The cost is 1800. I tell him no way and I send a tow truck to pick up my truck. They make me pay 149 fir the diagnostics before I can pick up the truck. While I'm waiting for the truck to get back, I google low oil pressure fir GMC Sierra 1500 and the very first video I find says that this is super common and to just replace the oil filter. I go to the auto parts store, but an 18 dollar filter and 30 bucks worth of oil, do an oil change and boom... everything is perfect. These guys are CROOKS.... 149 fir a bullshit diagnostic that is solely meant to rape customers that do not know any better. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Steve was great to work with, repairs were reasonable they worked directly with insurance company. Took a little longer than expected, but looks great!
