I highly recommend Chavez Towing as they provided excellent service and Jerry was so helpful in taping my windshield and back glass for towing. Jerry was professional and friendly and made the experience easy.

They have the best customer service, they were quick to respond, friendly and patient and the best part is they speak Spanish and English. Jerry was very helpful and understanding with the towing services we needed, he is now our go to guy!

I am so thankful for Chávez Towing!!!! Great prices and great customer service.. I was having a hard day since my vehicle stopped working and they quickly turned it around.They arrived almost immediately and even waited for me to make it to my vehicle. Jesus was my tow truck driver and he was kind, knowledgeable, and accommodating. So many towing companies weren’t answering and charging outrageous prices but not this company. Definitely will use them and recommend them to anyone I know in the future. If I could give 100 stars, I would. Thank you guys again!

Amazing tow service, used a flat bed tow and car was handled perfectly. Really fair pricing compared to other companies. Had an exceptional experience loading into driveway and took it a step further to help me out placing it where I needed it.

Amazing service! We're on site right away. Handled it like pros that they are and Brian was the man. I'm not sure I spelled his name right but he's still the man. I just got off a really long day at work and fleet vehicle and broke down on George Bush over a lake and they didn't leave me hanging for any time at all. You couldn't have showed up faster unless you were behind me. Only charged me the hookup fee because it literally had to go back to my shop but went above and beyond to make the distance and the annoyance of the whole situation a lot easier to deal with. Very friendly guy if you have the ability to ask for Brian. I don't know if it's with an I or a y but what matters is he's the guy you want on your tow job. I don't know about any of their other drivers so I only speak for him, but I would say wholeheartedly that he will not disappoint. Especially if you're in the Carrollton area. He'll be there and he works hard to be there fast and get you where he needs to go. So much so we're hiring him again tomorrow to take the vehicle to the shop because the shop was closed and didn't have parking safe for my vehicle with my tools. A+ service 100%.

DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY BECAUSE YOU'LL EITHER BE LEFT THERE FOR HOURS WAITING FOR A TOW TRUCK OR THEY'LL CHARGE YOU A $300 CANCELATION FEE.Terrible experience with CHAVEZ TOWING. Do not use this company at all! They charged me a $300 deposit for a towing service they never provided! I called them from Richardson & booked a tow while stuck on I635 in a broke down car. They told me a tow truck would contact me soon & when they did they told me they were 2 hours away & to call & cancel my tow with CHAVEZ TOWNG. He also added they were a scam company that intenionally takes your credit card info first & then you learn later you'll be waiting hours for a tow truck. When I called them they informed me they were charging me a $300 cancellation fee. I told them that was not fair but I stupidly gave them my credit card information when I initially called. They charged me $300 for absolutely nothing. I REPEAT, DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY IF YOU'RE BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY BECAUSE YOU'LL EITHER BE LEFT THERE FOR HOURS WAITING FOR A TOW TRUCK OR THEY'LL CHARGE YOU A $300 CANCELATION FEE.
