Thank you for such poor customer service today, wait there wasn't any service at all. At the time of this review I am just leaving Chase bank after twenty minutes of waiting and not even a generic "we'll be with you shortly". Just waiting there with a special needs child tantruming and being completely ignored. Very sad because I come to this specific Chase all the time, it was my favorite. I'll come another time and see if things are better.

Awesome and fast service , I asked for cash bills to pay at DMV nearby and they made sure to give me multiple denominations bills which was super helpful.

The tellers do NOT know what they are talking about when it comes to notarizing documents. If I was a notary, I would be embarrassed for them.
They told me they had to see my documents before they could notarize the notary section of the summarization sheet which is not correct. I tried explaining to him that he is only attesting to the fact that I am who I say I am.
He even went so far as to tell me if the document(s) was written in a foreign language that it would need to be put in a language the notary reads and understands which again is not true. When I informed him his information was not correct, he insisted it was and stated that is Chase policy.
I went down the road to another branch, asked the teller if notary service was provided and she said she could help me. She asked what type of document is being notarized and when I asked her if it was Chase policy to look at the document she said no.
It's a shame that egotistical and incompetent "professionals" try to take advantage of people. I feel sorry for those that don't know the law and/or not capable of standing up for themselves.

I was the only customer in the building. There were 2-3 employees working at the counter, 1 employee in an office, and 1 employee in a cube. They said I’d have to schedule an appointment in several days just to open a secondary account. DON’T bother using Chase for financial needs. It’s like you are an inconvenience and not a customer.

Don't go in for anything to get notarized. They will give you the run around. And the young skinny lady with bangs has an attitude!!! Avoid her at all cost

Worst customer service experience ever! Chase is a non caring company and unfortunately they are also stealing my money! They are setting up these bogus electronic payments which I never authorized! Stop using them as soon as you can! Shysters unfortunately

ATM machines are out of order most of the time, bank closes earlier than their normal time like on Wed 9/14/2022 at 4:48pm both the drive thru and front door closed and asked teller at the drive thru she rudely responses and basically had no answer at all, just horrible.I wish I had an option to give ZERO or negative star rating to this branch.

This chase is unfortunately the closest one to me. The drive-up ATMs have not been able to accept cash deposits for what seems like MONTHS and they will never answer the phone so I can check beforehand if they have started. VERY VERY inconvenient and frustrating.

The staff member, Mike Carson speaks to you with such a disrespectful tone when I called to ask a few questions. I've started calling other chase bank locations a but further away and the customer service was so much better. Get Mike some training on customer service or fire him. He doesnt not serve this bank well.
