One of the last banks with a drive thru. I bank there because of this convenience and the excellent customer service at the N.Josey and Hebron Pkwy, Carrollton TX location. Highly recommend this location for your banking needs.

I went in not know I had to make an appointment to open a new account. I explained my situation and they willing to work with me and even took me in during their lunch break. I not saying they will or should do this to everyone but considering the situation they couldn't be more helpful! NOTE: to book an appointment!

The saga continues 8/18/22. Chase never returned my nephews money, he lost over $10.6k from fake Zelle and PayPal in a 35 day window. We are still getting account fees on the checking account we opened to replace the 2 year old original. Let’s see if they do the right thing and close account with no more fees..@@@@@@@I rarely ever give bad reviews. My daughter had her Chase account compromised a few months ago. Now my nephew had checking, savings and cc hacked. I called for 3 days trying to get someone to answer the phone. The VM said everyone busy call back. I walked into the branch Monday morning with exact details of the hack ($11.8k) and asked to see the branch manager. I was told he was busy. We lost thousands, I want to see the great Oz. I wait and a man approaches me, does not introduce himself, and I hand a detailed letter and my card to him. He tells me he is busy being a teller and I made no appointment. I told him he does not answer his phone. He suggested I try another branch. Woefully inadequate response. I currently work with 2 other banks and have never been treated in this condescending and rude manner. I have a meeting with a banker Monday (it takes days) and will be moving all of accounts elsewhere.We are now at 6/9/22 and 6 weeks into our money hostage situation. We closed the Chase credit card account and received $142 overpayment refund. We are still missing $10,616 of my disabled nephews savings and checking account Zelle and PayPal theft. I hate Chase bank, still waiting for the money refund. We closed ALL accounts.

No wonder why this location has 3 star.I had an appointment at 1:30PM. I went to the branch 5 minutes early and waited 10 minutes after 1:30 PM. She was busy with other client. My appointment window was 1:30 to 2 PM. They have scheduled for this time. They should be available. I would never go back to this branch.

I am so glad I went to Chase bank today to open my account. Specifically I am glad I came to THIS Chase location. I’m coming from a bank that has been bought and sold twice and this last time I felt like a little girl that was forgotten about when her parents married other people. I walked in and needed to set up new bank accounts. I did not have an appointment set up and no one was available to help me except the bank teller. She was a delight. Very helpful. She started setting me up on the app. Then another associate walked by and said he was available to help me. Turned out to be the branch manager! I was so lucky! He was extremely patient with me and guided me along the entire process. So friendly. Such a great first impression. I’m so glad I finally left my bank. I told Jeff thank you for helping me sleep and for alleviating my stress. And the location is pretty. Not on a super busy street or highway but conveniently located with plenty of parking.

We've done business with Chase for decades and we're still with them. This branch is a bit newer and we moved our banking over a few years ago. The people in both branches have consistently provided outstanding service but the smaller one was closed. While these people are terrific, their mobile app and online banking are excellent, too. I don't know how we lived without these banking options. Anyway, a big shout out to Florina, who took care of our transaction and our little problem with ease (and a great attitude). It was also impressive to see her handle a rather loud and entitled man who wanted to bully them. Kudos for keeping your cool and not escalating his bad attitude.

Every time I go to this branch, everyone is professional and courteous.
