This place has changed folks in the past year. The people here now are the sweetest and really helpful. I came for the Lunar New Year to get cash as well as look over some statement issues and I was in and out super quickly. Definite positive change from the previous people.

As a customer with a hefty sum of assets in this branch’s possession, it feels rather dismissive to be told that a document that can be signed as a witness by “literally anyone unrelated to me” is not worth their time or policy. I’ll be shopping this bank.

I came in as a walk-in to take care of some business and Tazim or whatever her name is came over to help me and stated the only reason she is helping me was because her appointment hadn’t showed…she begin to start helping me with what I needed but the moment she saw her late appointment show up she stated that this process would take too long and that her appointment has arrived and proceeded to tell me to schedule another appointment. Tazim if your appointment shows up late then the courteous and proper thing to do is to make them wait and finish up with the customer that you are currently working with as they should have been on time! Total waste of my time!

This chase is trash I was visiting my sister and was trying to get money out. My card cap my limit to take out cash because I was traveling, I found this out later. I don’t blame this branch for the cap but I do however blame them for the customer service. I told them I didn’t know my pin and needed to take cash out the guy keep telling me to go to the atm, I told him again I don’t know my pin. He still sent me over there and the atm only let me pay my card. I went back to talk to this guy but he was so busy flirting with another customer instead of doing his job. There is another employee there that did nothing but keep telling me he will be right with me. When I finally got to him it take so long again cause his slow. I felt like they wasted my time have go to the atm than going back. It wasn’t even busy in there for me to be in there for almost 30 minutes, It was just me and one other customer . My family was so worried I was gone that long.

Awful customer service. Drive through. Didn’t even ask what I wanted to do just automatically did what she wanted. Absolutely unacceptable, ESPECIALLY when handling peoples money.

I’m going to stop visiting this location. Each time I visit this location, their ATMs are always unable to receive a cash deposit, or a deposit at all.

They closed my account for no reason. So when I walked in for help on a Monday. The teller asked me what time I can meet with the banker because they only have one. The hours are during the time I work. So I had to go up during my lunch. So when I said I could only come in 12:30-1:15PM, the teller made a face and said that’s when their banker takes their lunch. I’m sorry I just started my job a month ago I can’t take off to fit their needs after they tuned my account off. So she was able to work me in on Thursday very redundantly. So I guess I won’t have a card for four days. Nevermind I have bills to pay and need money for my week. Considering pulling out my money and switching banks. They treat you with the “value” of a pennny.

Wish I could give it no stars. No hello, no how are you, no can I help you. Absolutely ridiculous. No urgency by tellers 5 of them just standing around as 1 of them helps a guy count a million quarters. Came to change a PIN number and spent 30 mins watching people watch people.

Everyone working today 5/1/2020 should be officially reprimanded or written up by Chase. I arrived at 3:45pm and the line was nearly wrapped around the building. I decided to wait it out. I finally make it to teller at 4:25 only to be told we closed at 4. Well I know you close at 4 but you just helped the guy in front of me after 4. Me and everyone behind me have been in this business line over 30 minutes. Then she proceeds to tell me I should have used another line although the sign specifically says ' business transactions left lane.' No, what any one of you 3 inside should have done is come outside and access your line and go from there. I asked if your lobby were open would you have shut down your system and asked us to leave? All she could say is I'm sorry. Not acceptable. This piss poor customer service is why this location has such low ratings. I'm done with this branch effective immediately. "Write 'em up!"
