Trust the people here with your pets. This is a safe haven for both pets and their owners. I cannot emphasize enough on how incredibly compassionate and loving the staff and Dr. Siu are here. I was here 7+ years ago when my dog got injured and the doctor back then got my dog back on her feet in several hours. I then came back very recently to put my dog to sleep. When it was time to say goodbye to my old dog and everyone was so kind when I became overwhelmed. Thank you so much to staff here for helping my family on multiple occasions.

Everyone here is amazing! I've taken my dog to see a few different doctors because he's had some emergencies where he just saw whoever was available and it's always been a great experience!!

A hidden gem! Very impressed with the swiftness of service and getting our rabbit in as a new patient. Great place if you have exotic pets as most of the staff have had experience with them. Dr. Siu attended us and was impressed by how thorough she was and answered my questions or concerns. You do need to call to make an appt as they do not offer online service (I hope very soon though!) and a bit outdated inside, however the experience and affordable service outweighs it!

CWPH has been my Vet team for 20 years. Recently, it was time for my fur baby to rest and the team set it up so I cuddle with him for one last nap. I don’t know that things could have been more peaceful for him or more memorable for me. Absolutely love the team and all that they’ve done for my family of fur babies.

Dr. V and the entire staff here are truly amazing! I live in Mckinney now but have been making the 30 minute drive for the last 3 years just because I really appreciate how they treat my dog like one of their own, even when she can be quite a handful sometimes :)

We took our mini rex rabbit here for a wellness visit and it was the best vet visit I have ever had. The staff at the front desk were very welcoming. The veterinarian and techs were fantastic! They gave us a lot of information and showed us how to trim his nails. I HIGHLY recommend this place to everyone.

I just got a new puppy that was feeling a little sick and decided to take her in last minute. Without an appointment, the staff took us in within 30 minutes and were super friendly. They took great care of my puppy, ran several tests, and gave me a lot of information about my new puppy and caring for her. I was very nervous about her but I left feeling great about the quality of her care. The vet we had was amazing, (I believe her name was Rachel). The costs weren't bad either, and they made sure you were okay about the prices of everything. No hidden fees whatsoever. Our puppy is feeling so much better already. They even called us a couple days after our appointment to check in on her. This is definitely the vet I will be using for her and any animals in the future! Thank you for taking care of my sweet girl!

I previously saw Dr. Siu at Summer Tree Clinic, so I found that she practiced here now. Call in to make an appointment, the person who picked up was rude about there being no available appointments. They didn’t even give me the option to book an appointment for the following week. Went back to Summer Tree Clinic and was taken care of the same day.

This place is SOOO great! I had never taken an animal to the vet and they made booking a new patient appointment so easy, and they were all so caring and nice. Dr. Siu did a wonderful job taking care of my Charlie and walked me through his exam, vaccinations and at home care. This place is great and I'm so glad I chose them for my dog.

Eternally grateful for the best veterans & vet techs under the sun. My poor puppy Clover had an adverse reaction to a medication and started going into shock. We called that we were on our way about an hour before closing, and when we arrived they were waiting for us to come and grab her the moment we walked though the door. They ran an IV and did bloodwork and started helping her out. Dr. VanAntwerp kept us well in the loop, and we were so grateful for her evident wealth of knowledge. Her team of vet techs and lovely ladies at the desk made sure we were well taken care of, talking to us while our puppy was in the back. You can tell the team works well together and really cares about you and your pets. She and her team did everything they could think of to help our little puppy feel better, including Dr. VanAntwerp watching the puppy for TWO hours after closing until she was acting normal. Dr. VanAntwerp is amazing. She and her team saved our sweet puppy, and we are so grateful for all of them! Cannot recommend this amazing group. Not even to mention this was the day we had ever visited their office. To be this willing to go above and beyond for total strangers is such a testament to the incredible hearts of everyone single one of their staff.

I’ve used Carrollton West Pet Hospital for my dog’s health care needs over, at least, the last twenty years; five pups. The staff are knowledgeable, caring and professional. As long as I can care for a pet I will rely on Carrollton West for their needs.

My pet rat got amazing quality care, surgery! Affordable and awesome, it was half a year ago and he is still going strong!
