Carrolton Springs recommended an inpatient level of care, then changed their recommendation to a lower level of care based exclusively on finances instead of patient care. This facility does not operate by standards of best practice, contradicts their own clinical recommendations. Will never refer here again.

They discharged my sister this morning and sent her to SOME ER SOMEWHERE??? We showed them our POA paperwork and just want to know where they sent her and NOC. They won’t just go get her files from this morning and tell us where they sent her???

The lady that accessment was not professional. She was constantly looking at her watch. She made my boyfriend feel like she wasn't concerned about his crisis. Then I had to take him to another hospital. Where he is now hospitalized.
