Now this hospital would have gotten five stars if it hadn’t been for my discharge experience. My surgeon is top notch. Dr. Bush . The nurses , even the food were good . But the morning I was discharged the aid I had was rude and short with me . A nurse (not mine came to help her she did not help the situation. This was an isolated incident. Then there was the therapist that I saw once on the day of my surgery. With a hip you get up and walk the first day . I was told to stand up , told that was good and she was gone. The next day she had me walk for less than five minutes and was gone again. When I ask her what time she said she would be back . She stated she wouldn’t. After a hip replacement you get up and walk . Unless there are complications. When I give a review on a Medical facility you are getting it from someone with years of experience. 75 surgeries as to date .

The pharmacist are ok, but the rest of the staff, not so much. The delivery driver shows up without warning, rings the doorbell multiple times. I work from home and was working, so no matter how times the doorbell rang I was not available. I have had multiple times where they say they have called me and left vm on two numbers, but I have no vm from them. I have had a very poor experience all around with this company.

The pharmacy personnel are efficient and caring. I just started using them and will use them from now on for all my new medications. They deliver also free of charge.

The Carrollton Regional Pharmacy is fabulous. Finally, I have personalized care with a pharmacy which prides itself in customer satisfaction. Patel went out of his way to ensure that a certain prescription (which is difficult to procure) was made available for me and had it delivered to my door. He and his staff provided great communication regarding the status of the order and ensured that it was delivered prior to my existing medication running out. I will now be moving all of my medications from Walgreens & CVS over to Carrollton Regional Pharmacy .. thanks Patel!!

Almost every month I have a different complication with a controlled medication that I normally fill at large retail pharmacies. I'm told every time by those large retailers that there's nothing that they can do and I am left with no solutions.However, with Carrollton Regional Pharmacy, I received exceptional service from James, who provided me with an abundance of solutions and insight to my issues. James delivered way above my expectations and has taken a huge amount of stress and worry off my plate. I am so grateful. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

This pharmacy had such an amazing service rhythm was so helpful and so polite really helped me out on my medication veltassa they had the best price even better than good rx The best part of all is that they have free delivery .I been a patient of cvs for a long time but once my doctor prescribed veltassa I found out that Carrollton Regional pharmacy had the best price s and they helped me out on copay and deliver for free so I decided to transfer all my medication there thank you again You guys the best !!! I would really recommend this pharmacy to anyone that wants to save money and better service

FREE delivery even to McKinney surprised me :) Knowledgable & kind staff, love this pharmacy our doctor recommended. They really work hard to get the best prices for prescriptions. We were able to get my dad's diabetes medication much cheaper here than any place else. Highly recommend.
