This hospital has many problems, including releasing a 91 year old with dementia back to Brookhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation without notification to family member responsible for her. I was shocked to go for a visit to find her released without notifying me when they had communicated prior that I would be noticed upon her release. Nursing staff was great. Doctor who treated her was rude.

Excellent care here! They even give you numbing meds before you get an IV. My nurse, Anci Joseph was soooo very nice and kind. She deserves extra stars!

So, I have been a patient at Carrollton Regional frequently. Unfortunately, I am a patient with chronic issues and have had Elizabeth L. As my nurse on more than one occasion. There were a few reasons why this visit is only getting 3 stars, which i won't go into here. However, Elizabeth and also Dr. Nelson were excellent on this visit and that should be recognized. Thanks!

I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! The staff went above and beyond to make an otherwise anxious experience that much smoother and calm. I was coming in for a scheduled day surgery and from the minute that we hit the door, our experience was off to a wonderful start at the beginning with patient registration. Shout out to Deborah for getting me that deluxe ocean-side view room. ;-)
The staff are warm, personable, and skilled at their craft. They paid attention to detail making sure my time both pre and post-op went without interruption. They asked thorough questions and made sure that everything was set in place for my procedure adding that much more of the reassurance that comes with the quality care I received.
Special shout out to my nurses Lyenne and Anci - thanks to both of you, this made my procedure and experience that much more memorable for all the right reasons. Thank you for taking such good care of me and making sure that I felt right at home with y'all. Your warmth, smiles, laughs, and kindness meant the world, and I am so grateful to have you in my corner.

OMG I can't Believe this doctor he let me go with this pain that it's unbelievable 12/28/2021 ? the pain is so bad that I can't even walk, I told the doctor the kind of medications I take and just got to the ER To receive exactly the same medication how can you believe that I'm just posted in my bed tears in my face not standing this pain and I'm gonna get this high bill but the racism still there my insurance got a glitch and I didn't get the service I needed this is not the first time the first item was when I got admitted same thing I was treated like S..t.
I was on the 3rd floor and I received a call on my cellphone from the pharmacy asking me to pay for the medication ? that I need it but the Dr. And charged never came to my room and I asked for her several times because I was in spear pain mean as she did not want to show up to my room at all I requested my nerves upon that time for her to call her and she told me That she did not want to come to see me and I was having a problem real bad so this is the hospital that we need in our neighborhood?
Please residents if you reed this and want to know more about this hospital just contact me.05/06/2024 came in at 12:30 pm and i called the nurse several times for my pain and the dr came in at 7:50 pm just looked at my food that is gout horrible pain and she didn’t want to give me any pain killer how bad is this hospital getting i hate drs like this we are paying with our insurance and they don’t even care i prefer the Baylor Scott and white this place sucks 100’% and the ton of money they are going to charge me just for diclofenac I told her I have a high tolerance with pain and she didn’t care I hope you guys get better doctors and none racial ones.
