I have never heard of this company. I received a notice from USPS saying a package needed to be picked up from Brilliant Fulfillment and That it requires a payment $9:50 postage due. So I googled the company. Looks like a great company, but this is the tackiest form of advertising I have ever come across.

Ms. Nancy is a very sweet lady to talk to. I could talk to her about anything. Fast pace order goes out on time. The pickers are very safe while they are pulling stock. I want to Thank you Ms. Nancy even tho my health stood in the way. It's a very great company to work for

Visited location today and was really impressed.I noticed how clean, well organized and this business is. Employees were more than welcoming. I'd recommend partnering with this fulfillment center for any online business that needs products stored and shipped. Even met the owner, she was super wonderful!!!

We run trucking operations for and with BFF for some time now. They are an excellent partner and truly care about customer service. Additionally they treat all full time, part time and temp employees as family.

Safety hazard nightmare .Trash on floors .Disreguard of Forklift when arms are in the air trainer in packing area horrible Spanish speaking a must !!!!.

Brilliant Fulfillment is one of the best fulfillment company in the country. They were referred to us by two professional friends in the dietary supplement industry who held a very opinion of Nancy Henger. Nancy and her team (especially Michael) work hard to take care of there customers, and we love them for that. They always go extra mile and exceed any expectation. Their customer service is excellent and almost unmatchable. We have been doing business with them for last 2+ years and I very proudly and strongly recommend them.
