They certainly turned a negative situation to a positive. They had an old employee who missed something on our previous visit back in August, causing more damage to the rotors… that employee is no longer with the company, even though a previous employee made a mistake, they made it right for us. we have been going to Brakes Plus for many years, and several different locations, and they have always been fair and trustworthy, it is difficult to find a good mechanic shop these days, I would highly recommend Brakes Plus for service on your vehicle.

How refreshing to find a honest repair shop. I took my car in thinking I needed new brakes, the technician actually told me my brakes were fine. I know where I will be going when I do need new brakes.
Anyone else would have probably replaced them (or not) so they could charge me.

I came to this location to get a alignment on my car. I was really worried about my car not being able to drive good after the accident i was in and also the price. Bringing my car here really felt like my car was in good hands and the manager was a good on telling me the details on what was getting done and overall polite. The car came out driving better then before, really would recommend anyone here to get a alignment.

I have been going to Brake Plus Carrollton for a longtime. I have always been skeptical about mechanics because being a woman they usually like to take advantage but Chris is great. He quickly rectified a problem from previous management. He also made sure I was knowledgeable about what was happening. Which makes me a little more as ease that I am getting the best possible results for my car
