I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. When I saw the end result, I could not believe it. Check out the before and after photo. I am blown away!!

“I have always had a great experience with Best USA. They've done good work, they're honest, and are usually less expensive than other places. I've actually taken my car to them after another place told me I needed ~$1,800 worth of work done on my car and BEST USA told me most of the things the other place said needed replacing or fixed were fine. They fixed a couple things that needed fixed, and ended up saving me over $1,000. I'm also pretty sure they washed my car before giving it back to me, which I was not expecting. “I recently side swiped my 2022 GMC Sierra with our fence and was so bummed. I creased the side of my bed and a scratched the paint down to the bare metal. Took the truck to 3 different body shops to get estimates for a non-insurance claim repair. Israel at Pro-Tec/General Collision Repair was a straight shooter and professional. He didn't try to talk me into filing a claim to get more money. Also, I thought his pricing was fair (the middle of the three quotes).
Left my truck with Israel and went out of town for a few days on business. When I picked up my truck, it truly looked better than when I bought it new. I looked hard to find where the damage was and couldn't see any evidence of the side swipe. Plus he detailed the truck so it looked absolutely amazing when I picked it up!
Israel and his team at Pro-Tec/General Collision Repair exceeded my expectations on repairing the damage to my truck and I will always use them form my needs going forward. Praying I don't side swipe any more fences though!
