My Frenchie loves this place. He has stayed several occasions (up to 2 weeks) and is always well looked after and well loved. The new owners have done an amazing job renovating this business - clean, welcoming and modern. He had a medical emergency last visit (unrelated to his stay) and Myrna took great care of him. She was in regular contact with me (while I was out of town) and even took our fur baby to our vet for care.

Our three babies love this place. They take good care of them. Love the pictures they post on Facebook of our dogs gives me something to look at when I'm away. Thank you. And we love the new look. 100% BETTER from the previous owner.

We used this company a couple of times in the past with no problem. The rates are a little spendy at $80 per night but for our 75 pound pup, we don’t mind. I just recently booked a new reservation online with this company. The lady who called to confirm the reservation was very rude and condescending. This alone is the sole reason why we will never board with this company again. We will instead use Barneys for $45 per night for our doodle. Customer service and attitude are important. That is what makes customers, return customers.

We were somewhat hesitant to board our new puppy, acquired from a rescue a few months ago, as our first time to leave her with others.The owners alleviated our concerns and took really good care of her for the 7 days she was there.Annie Belle adapted well, played well with other dogs and came home a happy puppy.Easy to recommend this place if you want to travel. The photos and videos they post made it nice to be able to see how our furbaby did while we traveled.

Love this place! Under new ownership and the facility has been updated and remodeled. Extremely clean and although it’s full of fur babies they keep it spotless. Spacious indoor and outdoor play areas and they exercise the dogs much more often than other boarding and daycares I have been to. Constant personal monitoring and photo updates as well. Most importantly I can tell the staff loves the dogs. Highly recommend!

The new owners have done a fabulous job of cleaning the place up and remodeling. They truly care about all of the pets staying with them or coming for daycare and treat each and everyone of them like they are their own. They are very much hands on, unlike the previous owner, and want you and your pets to be happy. If something is wrong, they fix it. I am a regular customer of the old Boarding Bungalow and the new Boarding Boutique and was skeptical when new owners came in, but this has been the best experience. Highly recommend you try it out and if you haven't been since it changed ownership, you should come back!

Buster and Joey have been regulars for a long time. Best of care. Very clean and Owners are very nice and truly love the furbabies.

Left our 2 dogs over the weekend. Picked them up last night & our 1 1/2 yr old male was filthy with dried diarrhea all over him.They both stunk so bad & they couldn't get out of there fast enough. If they would have had the decency to clean him up & call me to let me know I probably would have approved a bath. They just handed them over & didn't even mention about him having it. Only used them because previous Boarding Bungalow had sold out to them. Won't be back. Really disappointed ?

July 2023: 5⭐: I have used this business on several occasions for my feathered child. It has changed owners/management/location from several years ago to now. The staff seems to be interested in the nonhuman clients.Dec 2018: 4⭐: I have used this Carrollton location on a few additional instances since I last posted a review. The follow up visits warrant an update for this location. The personnel here are stepping up their ability to show better effort to care for my feathered child.I used this place to board my first hatched feathered child and was allowed to use a small cat cage at a reasonable cost for nine days while we were at an overseas destination. Check-in/out was easy. I provided an eating list and food and the medical records for Alex. Weekend staff wasn't really doing anything to care for my pet as all the lights were off at 12:30 in the afternoon in a room with no windows. There is a connection to a Facebook Page that gives visual updates, but dogs and cats were featured in updates more often than other pets. I received two updates over nine to ten days that showed a photo or two. I did want the caregiver to at least indicate that Alex was eating regularly, any behavior observed, or just sleeping a lot. I wasn't impressed, but had no choice but to leave her here.
