I have tried applying for the Lifeline program through Blue Jay Wireless. I filled out/submitted the online application at least 20 times. It never would work. Then I'd get emails from Blue Jay saying to try again. This went on and on. I FINALLY found out (after talking to many telephone customer service reps) that they don't offer this service anymore. Don't you think they could post this somehow? What a waste of time! Nothing on their website seemed to work, even the email messages I tried to send under "Contact Us." Those were cancelled, as well. I'm not too impressed.

Dialing 611 and the 855#, it auto hangs up after saying "thank you for calling"Can't add minutes if I can't use 611!!$##@!!It has been like that for days now! Tried to reach support but there is none, tried from an outside line, still the same junk!
