We had GG, Dillon, and Rafael handle our move and they did such an amazing job!! We were dreading moving out of our apartment because of the tricky garage, but they did a fantastic job!!! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to make their life a little easier when they move!

5/5 stars! Xavis & Doindre did a phenomenal job with my move. They went above and beyond. Nothing was damaged and they went out of their way to help me put my belongs exactly where I wanted/needed them. If you’re looking for a mover and go with Black Tie, request these two.

We are a family with little kids and so stressed about the move. However , Black Tie pros were extremely friendly and very professional. They made the whole move go so smooth and finished it on time. I highly recommend them !

*Beware* - Misrepresented their services up-front! Very disappointing experience - would not use again or recommend!
One of main reason we selected Black Tie is because they told us that they could move a treadmill (verbally confirmed several weeks prior to move-out date prior to selecting Black Tie).
Fast forward to moving day - halfway through, Black Tie decides to let us know that they cannot actually move treadmills... Black Tie then offered no solutions/alternatives and left us scrambling ourselves to find a different mover during the middle of moving day to fix what they misrepresented!
Our experience was the opposite of what Black Tie represents on their website: "reliable customer service, full transparency... dedicated to always providing a quality, stress-free experience".
Black Tie now refusing to reimburse us for extra cost of having to find different mover to fix problem that they created through their misrepresentation when hired.

Amazing moving service. This is the second time we have used Black Tie and I wouldn’t recommend anyone but them. They are friendly, showed up when they said and they hustle. Top notch service.
