Best interior designer I have ever worked with. Amy and her team adeptly used technology and plain old common sense to prepare detailed presentations of every aspect of the design for our home. She was quick, clear, responsive and provided invaluable feedback at every step of a clearly laid out multi-step design process. She made it fun!!!! Pricing is straightforward and worth every penny to be able to see the design vision in a cohesive, clear way - right down to grout selection! Highly recommend.

BGI Designs is a great design firm to work with. We worked together on a new build where Amy, the lead designer, had selections to us in a timely manner allowing us to keep construction progressing with minimal delays. She was easy to communicate with and promptly answered questions. Her design work was thoughtful to aesthetics as well as cost. We built a house and Amy guided us through the entire process. Actually, she made most of the decisions. She looked at the architectural plans and made suggestions where appropriate. She choose the finish out based on what I told her we wanted. She also decorated the house. She was involved every step of the way. Amy also talked me off the ledge several times. There is no way we would have the beautiful house we have today without Amy.

Amy and her team actually made a large home build project...fun! We originally were just going to get them to help with some interior furnishings and maybe the window treatments but ended up letting them hold our hand throughout the entire 15 month project. They were just so easy to deal with and really put at us ease. We would never attempt a project like this without these ladies, they were terrific! Highly Highly recommend!

We just finished renovating our game room, study, kitchen, and dining room. It looks great because of Barbara Gilbert and Amy Guess.We had no clue what we wanted, what would work, and how to do it. Barbara came to our home, listened to us talk about our goals and then began to show us in our minds what it could look like.We did not know a contractor but she had a name of an excellent company.Barbara and Amy were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and recognized our budget limitations.One of our difficulties is making choices of anything for the house and Barbara guided us, limiting the decision fatigue along the way. When things got a little stressful, Barbara just kept the vision in front of us.Six weeks later, we have a beautiful kitchen...one we could have never imagined. It is changing our lives.We have Barbara and Amy to thank for holding our hand, guiding our thinking, and putting us into a space beyond our dreams.

My wife about 7 years ago decided we needed to do somethings to our house namely the living room mainly and paint throught along with misc other things. Well she had met Barbara at a some ladies golf thing and decide to give her a try and as it turns out was I glad she did. Making a decision is sometimes difficult for my wife when it comes to things like colors and paintings etc and having Barbara's expertise just made everything so smooth not mention the choices were so outstanding. In fact we are getting ready to do all new flooring, a bathroom remodel ,a kitchen remodel and all new cabinet doors through out the house and wouldn't even think of it without Barbara involved. Believe me it is a husbands blessing and the out come is so beautiful. There are no worries. Highly recommend her. Larry Brown

Barbara and her team have been very professional and friendly including taking the time to explain the deeper underlying reasons why certain colors and materials are chosen. Those explanations, including several aspects one normally wouldn't consider, have been very helpful!

We did a major overhaul of our teenage daughter's bedroom as a 13th bday present. We had all the major carpentry work done, then handed the project over to Barbara and her staff. This is our first experience using a designer and words can not explain how overly thrilled we are with the final result. A wonderful mix of colors, textures, furniture and accessories make this room feel like some sort of luxury resort. Can not wait to use Barbara again!

My husband met Barbara the first time he toured the Village Park Eco Home. Barbara was gracious enough to show him around even though it wasn’t a scheduled time for a tour, not to mention she wasn’t an actual tour guide! My husband was so impressed by Barbara and her team who had designed the finishes and furnishings that he wanted me to meet her. We ended up purchasing the Village Park Eco Home including all of the furniture and many of the accessories. We then hired Barbara and her team to help us complete the final décor for the home. Barbara and Amy presented us with perfect selections in which to choose from and we couldn’t be any happier in our new home.
