I needed some help from the bank. I contacted the other branch and got refused over the phone. Then I contacted this branch and was told that they can do it. I went to this branch. A staff named Andres was incredibly helpful. Best customer service. Highly recommend!

Everything was fine when it was BBVA, these people have no idea what they are doing, complete idiots all around...the one on Trinity Mills is very decent but every other location has been a complete nightmare. Take your business elsewhere. You cant even call the back of your card and get an account balance with your debit card, they want a user ID that doesn't even work.

Since PNC bought BBVA, everything has turned terrible. They lied sending info I sat down at the bank branch during transition to confirm things would not change I would still have the same excellent BBVA service they have lied now 10 or 15 times this is horrible I am finding another bank. I was with BBVA 20 years. They do not have branch managers only if it's in the extremely wealthy areas and they are shutting down even on Mondays and closing earlier at 5:00 terrible terrible service I feel bad for the people who work there.

I would give it zero stars if I could. Trying to close my safe deposit box and told me I couldn't without both keys - they never mentioned I could pay an extra $15 to close it. Once we doubled checked that the key was indeed Missing, I had to again drive back to Carrollton. They wouldn't take a credit card want wanted to do a cash transfer from my new bank. So I gave them $15 in cash. Then They said I had to come back when the locksmith was here. I left the one one key and left.

Can we have this bank shut down? Honestly, no one knows anything at this bank. You’re on hold for forever supposedly everyone at this branch is so busy that they can’t even greet their own customers. Customers are helping customers more than anything. Everyone here is useless.

I've had accounts at this location for decades. Starting with Compass Bank, recently taken over by BBVA and now it's part of PNC Bank (of Pittsburgh). My business here is coming to an end. The staff at Compass was always trying to get me in a room and grill me about my vast assets, lol. They played tricks, like making it difficult to open a CD at an advertised rate, or renewing one and changing the term (needed a "wet signature"). Or, if you came in for a chat, they would bump the money market rate up but it would drop back down in a couple months. When it became BBVA, there were no real differences. Account numbers were the same. The Compass Bank checks were still good, because the routing number worked. The old ATM card worked, although a replacement eventually came out. Lock box fees doubled, so I took that business down the street. No other problems, to speak of. BUT this week, BBVA became part of PNC. All of my account numbers and routing numbers have changed. I have a new debit / ATM card. Never wanted a debit card, but Compass came up with the bright idea of adding a service fee for just a plain ATM card. My checking account has become a "virtual wallet". If has features that I don't need (or want). And, my paper statements will cost me $3 a month. Anyway, I've been going through the motions of updating all direct deposits and ACH transfers (auto drafts) for utility bill payments and such. What a pain! My current debit / ATM card was supposed to still be okay to use, or I could activate the new card by using it at the ATM. I read on Nextdoor that other folks weren't having any luck. I tried my BBVA and PNC cards this afternoon at the ATM. Neither of the cards work. Thanks a lot, PNC. The updated ATM screen also has text so big that it can be read from across the street. No secrets here. If you pass this bank during business hours, you will see lots of cars in the parking lot. There are many unhappy people in the lobby. I hope they have accounts at a bank down the street that aren't so messed up. I'm changing my direct deposits and bill payments to the account at the bank down the street. Then, I can close my new PNC accounts.

Branch sold me a credit card, informing me that it was 0% interest for 13 months. There was a substantial interest charge on my first statement, and it has continued monthly since. I have been laid off from work due to COVID and have not been able to pay this off due to a lack of income. When work picks up, this card will be the first to go.Customer service opened a ticket with the bank, where the bank agreed to honor the 13 months of 0% interest. The bank then turned around, and refused to honor the resolution they told corporate (customer service). Nearly $3,000 in interest charges later, the bank finally offered to refund one month of interest. They refuse to honor what they indicated to customer service, they now refuse to admit any fault, and they insinuated it was my fault for signing up for a card when their own staff misrepresented the product. Again, their corporate level customer service received an agreement from them to honor the 13 months of no interest and thus closed their case as "resolved," but the branch refused to respect their agreement with their own corporate customer service. When discussing the matter with the manager, Mo, he talked over me, completely denied fault (even though the banker admitted to making a mistake and customer serviced acknowledged this as bank error), and avoided commenting on the customer service ticket despite having the ticket number, dates, and a very detailed description of the resolution that they themselves agreed to. It went so far as to him asking if I had this information in writing, as though me receiving this information from corporate management and multiple BBVA customer service staff members wasn't enough! He came up with every excuse possible to not do the right thing, despite his own response to his corporate office.I'm not one to leave bad reviews, but if you really want to take this review with a grain of salt and experience being scammed for yourself, be sure to stop by. This adventure and back and forth has been unbelievable and totally unexpected from a bank. By the way, it takes a substantial amount of time to even come close to getting a resolution for issues with this bank, so if you're willing to risk it, don't assume they'll be eager to take your call and do the right thing.

Josey Lane is the worse location. The staff is so rude. They see you standing there and will literally walk away from the counter. They wasn’t knowledgeable that sole businesses doesn’t have to walk in and sat up a business account. They was beyond rude of handling this situation. Treated me like I was a liar. Didn’t get one apology.
