If I could rate this place -98764 I would. I walked in to the branch for a simple name change due to marriage, which was completed. Upon completion, the branch associate went to print a new debit card but was unable to do so because "the printer was malfunctioning". Fast forward to the next day when I look on my PNC app and see charged from the last 24 hours, totaling over $1,200 made by a new card issues to my account from the prior day. Thankfully I was able to call customer service who filed a complaint against the branch and escalated out to a security breach compliant. When I called the branch to get some clarity as to why someone is walking around with a debit card linked to my account, I was met with "well we don't know how that happened." If you don't want your money stolen and identity compromised, I would take my banking needs elsewhere.

Was just trying to exchange coins and smaller bills for bigger ones but they won’t give you the time of day if you aren’t an account member. I was the only person in there and they still wouldn’t help me out.Go anywhere else.

Convenient and close to where I live. I went on a Saturday so there was a bit of a wait but everyone was professional and courteous. It was a busy Saturday for them I assumed.

Customer service has really gotten terrible since PNC's disastrous takeover of BBVA. I waited while two tellers helped the same two customers for 15 mins while the bankers and branch manager twiddled their thumbs. I ended up leaving without being helped. Time to switch banks.

PNC bought out BBVA Bank in 2021, and I really do miss them. The one good thing about this branch is that they're open on Saturday's. Other than that_______.

PNC is the worst bank to ever exist. Absolutely worthless. There has been nothing but problems since they took over and I’m not even a customer that needs much. Simply checking my account has become a hassle and don’t get me started on the customer service.

Worst banking experience in life. The transition from BBVA was horrible. Since the customer service is horrible. The switch was the first of October; I just got my banking cards last week of November and they have deactivated my accounts with direct deposits going into them. What a mess! Find an established for years bank.

After a MONTH of trying to get my accounts linked, I was told this morning that I have to START ALL OVER and now I have been waiting in the lobby for over 40 minutes and still can’t get any help. Unbelievable.

Had paid off a HELOC account and closed the account a couple of months ago. The bank is still carrying a small balance and can not tell me why? Now they have drafted out of my checking account to pay a minimum amount due on the closed account? I've got their receipt showing account closed and payoff amount but no answers as to why the new balance. When i go there in person it seems they want to help but can't figure out how? ( maybe why there is a 1.6 rating for the branch). I went to another branch 2 weeks ago to start over and the rep tried to help, called me back to say they were investigating, and now did not return my call from 2 days ago? All I get are excuses.....covid, PNC transition, short handed, etc. After 30 years I had to pull my accounts and found a wonderful bank (Frost) who take customer service to what it should be.

This is a review regarding the lack of professionalism of a woman named Kiara who works at this location. I delivered an ubereats order for her today. She entered in her address as 3040 W Trinity Mills Road, which took me to the carrollton train station. Instead of canceling her order for providing a bogus address, I reached out and waited nearly the full 8 minutes allotted for her to reply back and give me an extremely short answer as to where she was located. I let her know that the address she gave uber was incorrect and that it was leading drivers to the wrong area. However, I would drive the 10 minutes out of my way to deliver her order. Her food arrived safe and sound, however she decided to reduce my tip to $0. Kiara is a heartless human and delivery drivers need to avoid delivering to this location.

Current manager is completely worthless shoes no ability to manage and will lie directly to the customers face. Wasted 2 hours on my time having me drive to another location. The locations reviews are directly related to her lack of management and integrity
