I had a horrible experience here with Daniella. I brought brand new body washes and she wanted me to return them and pay for the exchange. I dont think she has read up on her company’s return policy. If I wanted cash, fine, she might be right, but I was asking for an even exchange and she was super rude. I’m not looking for cash. I don’t want to use bad wash. B&bw has a 100% satisfaction guarantee because they love their customers. They don’t want to end up like Express, that stopped caring about the customer service side. You can’t have a brick and mortar and put people inside that are on a power trip. Her arguing with the customer and refusing to honor their policy doesn’t help anyone. It makes her and her store look bad and uneducated in her company’s ethos. I called customer service and they were so apologetic, they shipped me three free body washes with free shipping. I just won’t walk into the store anymore and when corporate looks at the store’s numbers and can’t figure out why they are doing so poorly, here is why.

I walked into the store trying to make an even exchange for some room sprays. I accidentally order 2 of the same and wanted to exchange for some other scents. The lady there said she couldn’t do it and she could give me store credit (cause I have my receipt). WORST LOCATION EVER!

Will never again spend a dime at this location. Have had interactions prior with store manager Jenn and she is just the WORST. Went to pickup an order submitted online and while I was there, took a single wick candle I had purchased sometime in the last couple of months that had no wick. As I picked up my order I asked if she could just switch it out for one that had a wick. EXACT SAME PRODUCT. She told me no and that the best she could do was offer store credit and then I could use said credit to purchase the same candle. As little sense as this made I agreed. Only to then attempt to purchase the same candle with the SIX dollar credit she gave me...nowhere near enough to purchase the same product. Mind you I have an online account with them, spend a ton of money there, and she tells me that she can only give me credit for the lowest amount that item has been in the past. All I wanted was the exact same candle I purchased but that had a wick so I could actually use it! Terrible customer service and have dealt with bossy know it all attitude from her many times in the past. Only reason I am giving two stars is because some of the other women in there are friendly and when I called corporate to report this incident they made it right.

My most favorite location EVER! The o my one I love picking up my orders. Everyone is super friendly & helpful. Me and my husband love to see Jen, she’s amazing and always smiling. Thank you for always having our orders ready and being so helpful.

When I walked into this store there were two employees chatting and didn't greet me. Then a woman walked in the store behind me and they greeted and helped her. No one asked me if I needed any help the whole time I shopped around for five different products. I heard and saw the employees greet and send off every other customer that came and went. It was very suspicious considering there were men, women and children being attended to besides me. Treat every customer with the same respect and hospitality. Period. The cashier ID: 3628542 was lovely and she was the best part of my visit.

The owner needs to look into the two white employees working here!! They’re always having an attitude and even mocked a Spanish speaking customer today!! Y’all should be ashamed of yourselves!!
