Worst experience trying to cash an employee payroll check there. From the start the so called manager Gabrielle Ramos had such a standoff . When she was unable to to verify the payroll check signure she said take it to your bank with such an attitude! When I asked for a manager she claimed to be the manager. I then asked for her name and verification that she was the manager, she replied, " I don't have to verify that I am a manager to a non customer."What's so interesting about this unfortunate situation is that the payroll check had its signure on it, and did present 2 forms of ID as well.This experience has left me feeling unwelcome there and to never open an account there!!!

Bad customer service! We were there to make wires. The branch manager came out and told us to wait 45 mins, and then he went straight to help two ladies behind us. His name is Thomas. It was like he got some attitudes on us. Even after he took care of those two ladies, he still ignored us and went back to the counter. It was not respectful and we had been discriminated

We had such an awesome experience opening 4 new accounts at one time. Nina G was not only very competent at her job, she was very engaging and friendly. I had my 18 yr old nieces with me, and she took the time to educate them on the new accounts. It made a checklist item WAY more fun! I highly recommend this location - and Nina specifically.

Horrible service at this location,I made an appointment 2 weeks ago I had to leave work early to be on time and when I get there the woman says there is nobody to help me open my new account. I kept asking then why you made appointments if there is going to be nobody to help? She just kept saying there is nobody to help you if you want to make another appointment or stop by another day. That was very annoying and disappointing as they didn't even try to help at all. So sad

Do not use they’re atm at these location. I tried to make a payment on my credit card for $400 on cash and these atm just got stuck making a beeping sound and didn’t stopped. Checked my account online and guess what? No payment was made. ?After calling customer service they only told me wait for one or two billing cicles and we might post your payment. 3rd time these happens to me and last 2 times they did not give my money back.That’s not fair for any body.And just to mention there were two guys working on the other atm and asked for help just laughed at me. I’m 8 months pregnant ?? so that’s not fair either. I will be canceling my bank account.

It's not the branch it's the company I wanted to cash a check someone gave me the check was drawn on Bank of America. They have an 8 dollar fee to cash a check if you don't have an account. This is one reason I won't have an account there. Plus the branch does notHave a drive through open and it'sThe only branch for miles around with the lobby open thereLiterally were 20 people in lineDO NOT RECOMMEND I did not need the money so adios

Just save some tome and drive to another location. Teller spends about 15 minutes on each person and don't offer a ton of services such as Notary. Go to an ATM or just another branch and save yourself time and stress.

Try not to go this branch. Find another one. I had an appointment and even received a confirmation email. When I got there, they said they do not offer the service i appointed. I showed them the confirmation email, but all they said was there is nothing they can do with very rudeness. Terrible customer service
