If you’re looking for an auto shop that truly cares, B & B Muffler is the place to go! I walked in with an exhaust rattle that was driving me up the wall, and they got me in and out in no time. Huge shoutout to the friendly staff—10000000 stars for their service and reasonable charges!
On a previous trip to Colorado with my family, my check engine light came on, and I foolishly went to another shop with great Google ratings. They quoted me over $4,000 for a catalytic converter replacement and piled on unnecessary recommendations totaling another $6,000. Seriously? [attached quote from the other shop - NOT FROM B&B MUFFLER] That’s when I remembered my awesome experience with Dan at B & B Muffler.
I called him up, and he was incredibly honest, asking if I felt the car losing power. He advised me to keep driving and mentioned it could just be a bad oxygen sensor. His advice allowed me to enjoy my vacation without the stress of costly repairs. Turns out, I didn’t need any fixes until today! We even managed to tackle Independence Pass without a hitch.
From my first phone call to the team’s friendly service, they brought my sanity back! Locally owned and operated, B & B Muffler has been in business for a reason—outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

My car had a horrible rattling sound coming out of the tailpipe. They immediately pulled it into the bay, diagnosed it, and figured out a quick welding solution. Didn't even charge me! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. These guys are awesome!!!

Hands-down, this is the best muffler shop in the Dallas metroplex area! They have the best prices in town I compared, and they do a superb job! Dan, the owner not only is a great guy but he beats out the competition’s price by far! My son recommended me to this shop and I will recommend everyone else! Ask for Dan he won’t let you down! Great job on the Welding!!! He has earned a customer for life!

very nice people. he helped bend my exhaust to make the tips even. miller muffler down the street turned me away and when I came here he pulled my car in immediately and fixed it and didn’t even charge me for it! will definitely be making this my go to muffler shop from now on!

We kept putting off having our catalytic converters replaced because we had gotten an estimate from the dealer. Whoa! Our mechanic recommended B&B and we're so happy we went there. They are very friendly, fast, and reasonably priced. We got it done for about HALF what the dealer was going to charge us. Thank you, B&B

Refuses to check inventory over the phone, insists you come down to see what they have so they can order it for you. Not going to waste my time to see if they have what I need.
