Thank you for your help and diagnosis on my battery. Jesse, the store manager did everything necessary for my car battery needs. Very good customer service and made me feel confident about the experience. I could go on and on but you get the picture. Very good and thank you Jesse.

First my thanks to ⭐Mr. Harris for going above and beyond the call of duty. The level of assistance that they are able to give customers is extraordinary in this modern society. When customer service seems to be not a priority for most businesses. ?AutoZone? is always staying ahead of the curve and their employees show the example of their professionalism and the ability to assist their customers who are truly in need with their motor vehicles problems. The whole professional team today I watch for about 20 minutes as they were servicing other people and anytime I get a chance this will be my AutoZone. A Lifelong customer is always thankful ???

Quality service and parts! When my battery died, they had the correct replacement and installed it for me. I'm 70 years old with a bad back and installing it myself would have been problematic at best. Mr. Castillo was beyond polite and respectful, answering all my questions with patience.

I bought a radiator hose that broke, it was an emergency and the car was there, in front of the store, I asked them to help me with a wrench and a socket, the person with an indifferent tone told me that he couldn't help me and told me I had to compare a set of sockets, minutes ago I had bought a screwdriver, but it didn't work, maybe it's not your obligation to give me a simple key, but I believe that in the event of an emergency, anyone can help you, even if you have been a customer of that place for years.

I was told by Valvoline service manager while getting an oil change that my car's battery was no good. I then went to my neighborhood Autozone since the battery was a Duralast as purchased from Autozone on 11/11/2022. Jesse Silva was so courteous, pleasant and spontaneously helpful in replacing the battery at no charge since still being under the 3 year warranty period. He told me to stand back and look pretty which I was happy to do. Not sure about the pretty part since being 70 years of age. Just a nice experience. Harmen Bollen, Carrollton, Texas. 4-12-2024.
