My experience with the attention of this place was very bad because I had an unpleasant attention from an employee specifically with the attention, speaking to me in a discriminatory manner without respect for my people without realizing that I am an elderly person and only required information.

I guess the chick doesn't like helping black people. The didn't even look for the parts I needed help finding and told me to go to the address I had written on my paper which was the address to an O'Reilly's. Thanks for the attitude.

My recent trip to this store was very pleasant , the assistant store manager Jackie made it a super quick and easy shopping experience. Helped me get everything I came in for with no hassle or hesitation. She had a great energy, attitude and was very well spoken.

Bought a set of front break pads. Driver-side install was fine. When I was about to install the passenger side, I noticed one of the calipers does not have the bottom pin-sized hole for the retaining clip to go into.
Can't catch a break with any AutoZone.

Either the store manager or the district manager needs to hire more at this spot. Each time I call I’m placed on hold, I’ll send a driver to pick up a part guess what they don’t have it. Than ask why me and why I didn’t call? Bruh I’m still on hold. Staff your store to support both yalls commercial and diy!

People are not important to them Tuesday, February 27 at 8:08am.
First they left me waiting for 10 minutes because the girl, with tattoos on her arms who had a rose in her hand, didn't care, she didn't even say good morning, she didn't even refer to me, at least letting me know that in a moment she was taking care of me, she continued doing other things.
Second, when she referred to me she was very dismissive and unwilling to work, I took her my VIN# of my truck because it needs oil and a filter. She didn't make the slightest effort to look for the information and what she told me was that she couldn't look for the information that way. When we know that they do. I ended up not buying, getting angry because it made me waste my time and my appointment with the mechanic. I hope they do something.
Total useless people hire today.
