Horrible customer service. Not friendly. Manager walks around like a computer has no human social skills. Straight by the book don’t come here looking for any help in anyway. Will fight you on returns and will not honor warranty on the bad parts they sell. Had no issues with auto zone before but more than likely the last time I’ll purchase anything from this store. Change the manager change the culture maybe but again I suggest no one buy from the particular store if possible. Save your money and time and go else where.

Customer service is oblivious. Literally standing there in front of cashier while dark dude was out in space doing his own thing. ☠️ Was patient until the dude passed me by a couple of times, I ended up leaving due to them completely ignoring me there. Not sure if the guy in gray was a manager but he didn’t even point out to him to take care of the customer first rather than ignoring their first duties. I recommend prioritizing customer service.

The pay could be a lot better!! I don’t understand how people who work on the inside of the store makes more than people who are driving and delivering. We are taking risk and risking our lives doing this type of work and traveling out far. Plus, the pay rate is NOT liveable wage. It is more for teenagers and college kids to work a job at Autozone. Plus, i don’t get paid enough to get yelled at and talked to like i am somebody’s child child or wife. Companies can’t keep people cause of poor management and poor lack of professionalism. They rather keep their piss-poor management and get rid of employees than to revamp their management team and create proper structure.

I had gone in to get new windshield wipers and they changed them for me in the rain!! Lauren and her other coworker were very kind and ready to help! I bought the wrong windshield wipers and they helped me install the correct ones!

They said they have it and the lady put it on will call came waited a long while and employees have no idea who the lady was or what where the part is this store is a joke for a hub smh
