I had a great experience, my Salesman was William Cantarero, he was an amazing help with getting the deal together and helping me out with all of my questions and concerns. You always hear about how salesman are trying to get over on you but he is not one of them! He was very respectful and honest 10/10 definitely recommend and will be doing business with him again!

I was seeking a new work van and came across auto web. Went to the dealership in Plano and was greeted by Nate, he immediately got on the job in helping me find the right transportation for my needs. There was a minor issue with vehicle I selected however Nate & the dealership team were able to repair and accommodate my needs the vehicle has meet my expectations and I now have a reliable vehicle. Went to purchase a car on August 2nd and paid the down payment. $40,000 was taken well above what was agreed on for the down payment and they’ve yet to refund my money as of August 22nd. As others have said stay away from this place as some (not all) are doing some shady stuff and not being true to their word and signed contract.

In June of this year, which was about 2 months ago, I attempted to purchase a 2018 Tesla Model S from this dealership, needless to say I was hesitant because the smaller dealerships tend to not be as professional and the cars not as clean. The deal was not completed because I never received the car due to parts being on back order, thats ok just cancel everything and we're good. The dealership agreed (Osie Davis) whom I spoke directly with assured me that the financing with ALLY would be canceled, which should've happened automatically. Now 2 months later the car I did purchase from an entirely different dealership and lender, they have my rates super high because this dealership accepted the money and on September 6th 2024 Ally will report my first late notice. Don't shop with Auto Web Expo or ALLY Bank, I will be contacting authorities today and my attorney. SHADY SHADY SHADY.........

Sold me a car that has undercarriage damage and did not disclose this info. Dealership claimed it had no previous incidents or wrecks prior to sale. Also stated that they did a full inspection of the car before sale, yet there was a huge crack in the vehicles air dam and cheap replacement parts for a temporary fix to sale. The front end of the frame looks like someone just hammered a part into place and spray painted over the damage. Now I have to spend money to get the vehicles air dam replaced, the wheels cambered, a new alignment because it keeps coming out. Thanks guys!

I had a thoroughly disappointing experience with Auto Web Expo. We called and spoke with Richard, scheduling an appointment to view and test drive a specific car. Upon arrival, the car was not ready for viewing; in fact, it was at an entirely different lot despite our scheduled and confirmed appointment.
After waiting 30 minutes, the car was finally brought to the lot. However, upon turning it on, we found a massive 16-inch crack in the windshield and several check engine lights illuminated. Shockingly, Richard, the salesperson, had never even seen the car before.
We drove an hour to see this car, only to be met with incompetence and unprofessionalism. Despite my better judgment, I followed up multiple times with Richard and Justin to check the status of the car. Just two days ago, Justin informed me that the car was still in maintenance. Today, upon calling again, I was told the car had been sold. It remains unclear whether the car was ever fixed.
Beware of this dealership. The service is terrible, their operations are shady, and their customer service is awful. Avoid Auto Web Expo if you expect even a modicum of decent customer service.
