Helpful staff. Although this is a retail store and not a corporate store so they can't handle all tasks. They have all the latest phones and accessories if you need something right away.

Went here last weekend to get some information about a trade-in promotion going on as well as a new phone (and how billing would change). Damian was incredibly helpful and patient. I ended up deciding to purchase the phone online due to an extra promotion there, but he was very understanding. What's more, I ended up having to go back to the store to ask more questions after having issues with the info provided on the AT&T website. He again was very helpful and patient, even knowing that I had decided to buy online (though if they had had stock available in store, I would have gone through him!). A+ customer service!

Beware, this store is a franchise owned store. AT&T corporate has no control with how they run this store. I had two phones I traded in for new phones and the phones were were never sent in to AT&T. I called and visited over 12 times to this store and spoke with employees and managers, but could never get in touch with anyone who could make any decisions. I got the run around for about six months. Store manager named Jayden kept telling me he has to send emails to the “upper ups” to get approval for the issue and that it takes about three days for them to get back to me. Six months later, I was still waiting for the upper ups. Go to an actual AT&T owned store if you don’t want issues with your account and the proper credits getting issued. I finally got the help needed from AT&T corporate, but want to caution customers of AT&T corporate not being able to fully help due to this being a franchise store. Employees stated their were countless people dealing with the same issue and that’s why it’s taking so long for the “upper ups” to get back. Just stay away.
