If you want cheap, use Asap Mobile Auto Glass. If you want lousy customer service, use Asap Mobile Auto Glass. If you want lazy use Asap Mobile Auto Glass. If you like being told that your auto glass will be replaced on a certain day and time set by them and then that doesn't happen, use Asap Mobile Auto Glass.
I'm going to Safelight, it may be a bit more expensive, but at least they run their operation with integrity.

Was offered cash or check option and had $80 cash for a $70 service fee. The alternative of a $6 credit card fee was something I was trying to avoid. Explained to the technician that I had $80 and he rudely responded - “you can lose $6 or $10, your choice.” This is the cheapest company in the area and the service with their clients is bottom of the barrel. SUUPER GRATEFUL FOR TIM AND HIS COWORKERS!! After someone broke my window on my car I scheduled a replacement appt with another company. They were 2 hours late so I called ASAP MOBILE and they were not only RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL but they were able to get me taken care of SAME DAY!! TIM was beyond helpful and went out of his way to rush my order and get me on the schedule same day. The guys that came out were great, they were quick and helpful AND THEY WERE ON TIME UNLIKE THE PREVIOUS COMPANY. I'm so happy with the service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND ASAP MOBILE AUTO GLASS. A big THANK YOU TO TIM!!!
